This is a beautiful house with pleasant decoration, very practical and ideal for a holiday. It is an "upside down" villa with the bedrooms on the entrance/street level and the living accommodation downstairs.
There is air conditioning through out which is ideal particularly for the bedroom level (the lower level stays cool with out it). There is a garage but it quite small and is used as extra space rather than parking for a car.
From the street there is a parking area and small garden, leading to the an entrance hall with stairs leading to the living accommodation. The bedrooms are all on the entry level and consist of one twin bed room and 2 double bedrooms with one en-suite shower room, a further fully fitted bathroom.
Stairs leading down to a spacious living/dining area with TV. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, etc a guest WC. and laundry room with washing machine. l
Terrace doors lead from the living room to a covered terrace with table and chairs. There is a private enclosed garden with lockable gate (ideal for keeping children away from the pool) which in turn leads to the communal swimming pool with walk in steps.

Lovely property. Very nicely decorated and laid out. The property care office was really responsive, and sorted out a replacement washing machine really quickly when the one in the property wouldn’t work. One thing - the house is up a really steep hill, and in high season it’s a proper hike from the beach front - and the resort is so busy it’s very difficult to find places to park.
Todo correcto, la casa limpia y la ropa y demas todo correcto. Muy comoda y tener los habitaciones en otra planta da tranquilidad a la hora de descansar. El equipaniento muy completo para dar servicio a las comidas/cenas realizadas en la casa. Agosto 2023
Quiet location, well kept and clean. Very satisfied. Close to beaches and parking just outside the house. Very enjoyable stay - thank you.
Quite surroundings with easy access to the beach. The house was comfortable and with air conditioning for the hot afternoons. Everything needed was in the kitchen and the kids loved to pool. We had a great time and will come back. The agent was very helpful and pleasant.
Disfrutamos mucho de nuestras vacaciones. Situada en una calle sin salida, tuvimos tranquilidad y privacidad. Esta casa es moderna tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse cómodo. La piscina con mucho jardín y compartida con pocas casas, si no me equivoco no más de 6. Sin duda volveremos en un futuro próximo.
La casa es espaciosa, con parking, barbacoa y piscina (helada, aún siendo agosto). Cocina muy equipada. Baños limpios. Armarios espaciosos. Muy amables las chicas de la inmobiliaria, buena comunicación en todo momento. La playa (de piedra pequeña) es cerca en coche La zona increíble, con muchas opciones de restauración y entretenimiento.
