Overview
Beautiful renovated house with private pool and wonderful garden with barbecue area. The villa is located in the residential area of Tamariu, just 800 meters away from the beach. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in a quiet and privileged environment.
The house is distributed over two levels:
On the first floor, which is street level, we find a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. There is a large and modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave and much more appliances you may need and a table for breakfast. There is also a spacious and comfortable living, dining room with fireplace and exit to a charming terrace, perfectly equipped to enjoy delicious meals in the fresh air or simply relax and have a drink. From the terrace there are some steps leading down to a fantastic barbecue area with a small lawned garden and swimming pool with changing room with shower area next to it. At the end of the garden there is a football net, basketball net and trampoline for the children.
On the lower level you can enjoy an area where children can play in peace and without any risk. There is a bedroom with double bed and a small desk, a bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry room and another bedroom with 2 single beds.
Going down the stairs, on the level of the garden and swimming pool, we find a large space converted into a game room with table tennis and table football and another bedroom with a bunk bed.
Our opinion - A modern villa set in lovely gardens with pine trees. A perfect villa to enjoy with family and friends walking distance to the beach and town.
