Casa 10-11, is a delightful country house, perfect for holidaymakers who wish to experience an authentic taste of the real Spain away from the hustle and bustle of the overcrowded coastline.

Situated a rural village, in the beautiful Costa Blanca region of Spain, Casa 10-11 has much to offer the holidaymaker. Surrounded by vineyards and bodegas that produce high quality wine, and with great places to visit and explore, Casa 10-11 ideal for those who wish to get away from it all and relax by the pool enjoying precious time with friends and family, or for the more energetic who wish to partake in their sport or hobby in some of the most beautiful countryside in Spain.
Casa 10-11 can be reserved for Self Catering Accommodation for up to a maximum of 17 persons, ideal for get-togethers, birthday celebrations and other special occasions
Accommodation is provided in beautiful uniquely decorated double or triple en-suite bedrooms and facilities include private garden with 10 x 4 swimming pool and waterfall jacuzzi, sun terraces and loungers, shaded areas, patios, barbeques, bar, pool table, function room, free parking and much more
There is also a games room with pool table and dart board and a variety of board games, cards and Satellite TV so you can keep up with your favourite Soap.

You can dine ‘al fresco’ under the setting sun in the garden or in our magical courtyard, with soft lighting, scented plants and a canopy of grapevines creating a wonderful atmosphere.
Self Catering Guests can take a break from cooking and cleaning, we can provide part or full housekeeping and catering services, and can cater for special occasions, celebrations and parties and organise bbq’s, surprise parties, beauty treatments, wine tours, and visits to fiestas

Having worked long hours in England, we wanted to change our work/life balance and decided to move to Spain, combine our hospitality skills, and open a Bed and Breakfast/Guest House From the start we wanted to create something different, where guests could relax and enjoy the property to the full, so we created individual themed rooms, attractive courtyard and a garden with a 10 x 4 swimming pool with waterfall jacuzzi and plenty of shade, a great place to spend time with friends and family. The flexibility of the house means we can accommodate most guest requirements, from Bed and Breakfast to Self Catering, and we can also cater for private dinners and functions and the house and garden are perfect for parties We love the outdoor lifestyle with the long hot summers and mild winters. We also love the location, we live amongst the Spanish and have adopted their lifestyle, enjoying each day as it comes, and becoming part of the community We now have a fantastic home/business and a great lifestyle
