Villa Mimosa

This typically Spanish, three-bedroom Javea villa is located in the urbanisation of Cap Marti, stands in spacious, secure grounds and has ample private parking. There is plenty of space for relaxing around the 10 x 5m swimming pool with roman steps, safe “astro turf” area for children to play and two patios that offers a perfect setting for al fresco dining. One patio on the upper level has a large umbrella and seats four, perfect for a quiet breakfast or lunch. The ground floor patio is under a tiki hut, complete with dining table for 8, and Broil King gas barbeque area. There is a roof terrace with additional seating and perfect sea views.

Entry to the villa is via steps up from the driveway that leads directly into the open plan dining / sitting room and kitchen with satellite television and Wi-Fi. The living area has sliding doors to a balcony area with sea views. The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. An outside utility room houses the washing machine. The main living area leads to a double en-suite bedroom and one twin bedded room with separate bathroom. At ground level there is a further double bedroom complete with bathroom and independent access.

All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Javea’s blue-flagged Arenal beach, restaurants, shops and cafes is a five minute drive away, with the port and it’s sea front restaurants, and the old town with its quaint, backstreet shops and historic buildings about 15 minutes by car.
