Delightful one bedroom apartment within walking distance of beach and bars, family friendly nicely decorated sleeps 5, Double opening doors opening onto the large sunny balcony with views to the pool.
Overview
Refurbished apartment and resort, kept very clean and tidy with 2 large beautiful swimming pools and a children's pool on the complex. Suitable for family holidays easily accessible to family bars selling good and reasonable priced food and drink.
The Apartment has 1 bedroom, a wet room with extra hand rails, a kitchen and lounge open plan area. Double patio doors opening onto a large sunny outside area with table and chairs.
View over the pool area and bar also sea view.
Bedding and Towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis, these may be left in the apartment for you to change.
Most thinks are in the apartment that you would require, Flat screen TV, DVD player, Radio, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave/Oven/Grill combo, Fridge/freezer, 2 ring hob, hairdryer, Iron and ironing board.
A Launderette is onsite in our block, open daily. 2.50 euros a wash

The Beach's both the main Fanabe beach and Puerto Colon marina and bay are a short walk away and the sea can be seen from the balcony.
Shops are only a short walk, with a large supermarket used by locals a 15 min walk away, along with a variety of other shops in the shopping center, small supermarkets are within 5 mins walk.
A small bar/cafe is open next to main pool open from approx 10am to 8pm, with small shop area selling a variety of goods at reasonable prices ideal for the self catering, nice to have a sandwich and a coffee or beer while lounging around the pool on a sunny day still allowing a quite and peaceful resort.
The water park is behind the resort and the new Siam Park and Siam shopping Centre is a short free bus ride away. Dolphins and Whale trips are from the Puerto Colon marina, just 10 mins walk, and various other trips around the Island are available to purchase from kiosk's around the resort, so always something to do.
Catch a bus behind the complex to Las Americas, Los Cristionos or any other coastal resort on a bus route.
Hire a Car and parking is available behind the complex or at a larger car-park at the far side of the complex and a short walk through the complex to our apartment.

We had a very good holiday at the apartment clean very central quiet and close enough to bars beach and handy for shopping good for the bus for getting about round the island never saw any cockroaches the pool was cleaned every day .

Second time at this property, it's good. Large apartment in a superb location near to all beaches, bars & restaurants. Wifi would have been a bonus as would a washing machine, but overall very good. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely holiday apartment quite basic and towels in need of updating but it really is a great place to stay so much so we have booked for next year

Really enjoyed our holiday, apartment was great especially the large sunny balcony. Wifi in the apartment would have been the icing on the cake but not really a problem as wifi is readily available in most local bars and restaurants for free. Lots of reasonably priced restaurants close by. All in all just great.

We had an issue with cockroches which the owner is sorting out .It spoilt our time there so hopefully it gets sorted.

Given the previous reviews I was pleasantly surprised by the apartment. The photos do not do it justice, curtains etc are far superior in real life. Everything we needed was there and the apartment was clean and had plenty of space. It's not 5 star but just perfect for a week in the sun. Lovely big balcony and comfortable beds too. Very secure too as two doors so felt safe. The complex itself was in a great location and there are plenty restaurants and bars nearby. Beach is only 10 mins walk away. Plenty beds at the pool and a nice mix of nationalities in the complex.
On the down side one of the sheets had a small hole in it but that's my only comment as everything else was great. Quite a few bugs about too but that comes with the hot climate and plenty bug spray available to use.
