This is an original and large one bedroom ground floor apartment - not a converted from a cramped studio like others you may see.
The accommodation comprises a large one bedroom double bed, American kitchen with breakfast bar, large fridge/freezer , ample range of cups, glasses, crockery, and cutlery, . The living- dining room has a double bed settees, coffee table, TV, DVD, CD player, table and chairs. Patio doors lead onto the balcony which enjoys stunning mountain views and an evening sunset sea view from the patio.
The complex itself is extremely peaceful. Step outside and you are right in the hustle and bustle of a thriving resort with dozens pubs, restaurants and shops.
LOCATION INFORMATION
Extremely popular and convenient location - the apartments are situated in south Tenerifé in the exclusive area of Torviscas Bajo, just a short walk from center of Playa de Las Americas, and a 5 min walk to the beach or harbour. Tenerife South Airport is only 20 minutes away by taxi or bus, (which stops at the complex) around 35 minutes. There are many local attractions within a minute or two, restaurants and night-life. 5 minutes taxi from Tenerife's new Siam Park. Just a 5 minute walk to Fanabé Beach or the local harbour and 2 minutes from the new Commercial Center Gran Sur, with large supermarket, Shops, world cuisine restaurants and Cinemas.
and even a MacDonald's restaurant!
The complex resembles a Spanish-style pueblo, a low-level complex and many apartments with gardens and beautiful plants including palms, bougainvillea's and tropical plants. There are 5 pools including children's pool and cascades and waterfalls flowing throughout the complex.
The bed configuration is as follows. There is 1 double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the large lounge. We have a travel cot available by prior request. You should bring your own cot linen.
The apartment has a washing machine. For a 2 week stay we leave a spare set of linen so that you can change yourselves but ask that you leave a set clean on departure. We offer a linen service for those who don’t wish to use the washing machine for a small extra charge.

Lovely stay well equipped, Mike met us showed us around and gave a number if anything needed, provided info on nearest supermarket and a trolley to use for the shopping, sea view is in the distance over the top of buildings, but a lovely stay would definitely go again, and no fighting for beds by the pool a bonus. Pool bar staff really nice and friendly. Thanks Mike for all your help

Everything went smoothly from initial inquiry to getting picked up at the airport. All as advertised and promised. The apartment is clean and has everything required. Perfect location and a short walk to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. The only criticism I would have is the external areas of the complex are beginning to look tired with damaged or broken paving slabs, missing mosaic tiles in the pool and the majority of sunbeds need replacing. Possibly as a result of COVID putting the brakes on planned upgrade works. However would anything stop me returning definitely not. If you are after a stress free break with everything within a 5 minute walk then look no further. Many thanks Anthony & Mike.

We are a family run business with over 40 years of experience in Tenerife. We absolutely love Tenerife for it fantastic all year weather and the variety of climates around the island. You can be sunbathing on the coast in 25 degrees and an hours drive up into the lush forested mountains and Mount Teide it can be below zero. In our area it has everything a tourist would want. Every water borne activity known to man. Hundreds of shops, restaurants and bars all competitively priced right on your doorstep. Being on the south coast we are sheltered behind the biggest mountain in Spain. If ever bad weather is in the region, and that's very rare) we usually experience a micro climate which maintains temperate weather. That was one of the main reasons we chose to move into the area. There is a strong British presence, so you can get your Sunday roast or fish and chips if you want! Whilst there is plenty of local foods to enjoy too. The Mare Verde community is low level and has the feel of a Spanish Pueblo Village). It is understood that Elizabeth Taylor had it designed for her. One of its attractive features is the cascading pools that link in to each other via waterfalls and streams. Our spacious ground floor one bedroom apartment is just a few paces away. It's a peaceful resort, ideal for couples and families alike. Well located in the centre of Torviscas next to Fanabe plaza and only a few minutes walk from the harbour and beach.
