Attractive residential area 1st floor apartment overlooking park and swimming pool. Close to restaurants and shops. Price includes CLEANING TOWELS BED LINEN. 8 mins walk from beautiful coast


The apartment is situated in a residential area, and comprises lounge and dining area with sofa bed which sits 3 and sleeps 2. There are a good selection of English channels and wifi on request. The dining table has seating for 4. Off the lounge is the balcony over-looking the pool and the park area. It has a patio table and chairs to seat 2 (but you can take the dining chairs onto the balcony if you require more seating). You can watch the beautiful sun rise from the balcony while having your morning coffee. On the park there is a child’s play area, and 5 aside football area as well as providing a green park area with palm trees and seating areas for every body to enjoy. There is also another park area at the rear of the property
The kitchen area has a microwave, hob and oven, toaster, George Forman grill, large fridge freezer and washing machine. There is plenty of crockery, glassware and cutlery for 4 people.
The bedroom has a double bed with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. It is situated at the rear of the apartment and has a pleasant view where you can view some spectacular sun sets.
The bathroom has bath with shower and wc and is fully tiled. There is also a heater for the winter months
The apartment has ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom for the summer months, although, we find the apartment to be very cool and don’t experience problems sleeping. There are two portable heaters for the winter months.

Local Area
Torrevieja is situated between 2 large and beautiful salt lakes “Salinas de Torrevieja”. The combination of salt and temperature combine to make a healthy micro-climate recommended by doctors for various ailments. The climate in Torrevieja makes it an ideal location for year round holidays.
The promenade provides an abundance of restaurants for all tastes. There are also shops a funfair and a craft market open daily, all within walking distance of the apartment. The promenade is a must in the evening for a leisurely stroll a meal and a drink (or ice-cream in one of the many ice-cream bars which are very popular with our Spanish friends) also a bit of people watching.
Playa de Los Locos is a very busy beach in the summer and is popular with locals and holiday makers alike. If you prefer peace and quiet, you will always be able to find a little spot or cove along the coast where you can read or just relax. If you want action, a full range of water sports can be found at the Marina Internacional de Torrevieja.
Villamartin golf club, Royal Campoamor golf club and Las Ramblas golf club are a short drive away.
Also in Torrevieja you will find the Habenaras shopping centre. There is a cinema and bowling complex and a large water park.
Not to be missed is the Friday street market, which is one of the largest in Spain, and sells every thing you can imagine. (the place to sample and buy your olives)

Other General information
The apartment is situated very central for all amenities therefore a car is not essential. However, if you want to explore further a field, a car is recommended.
Elche (35km) where you will discover the world of palm trees (one of the greatest collections in the world)
Alicante (45km) a great place to eat and explore, and a lovely marina.
Benidorm (75km) where you can also find “Terra Mitica” Spain’s largest theme park.
There are also lots of beautiful villages to visit and explore.
If you don’t like to drive, there is a bus stop out side the apartment which takes you along the coast to La Mata or into Torrevieja centre (the bus does not run from the apartment on a Friday because of the street market) The main bus station can be found in the marina area of Torrevieja.

The property was in an excellent location, 10 minute walk to the beach where there were numerous bars and restaurants. Supermarket was a 5 minute walk away, Good communication with the owner Lorraine and she also left a folder in the apartment with info about the area.

a very pleasant stay can be hot at night, with no air con ceiling fans help ,the flat had everything you needed, bus stops outside everything in walking distant, pool was fantastic people in the blocks were friendly the owner and her friends there were very helpful picked us up and took us back to the airport at a fair price .
all in all we had a great time thanks.

Everything as described ,Owner friendly and easy to contact, brought to/from property a bonus and as we arrived very late at night, The cold beer in the fridge thanks to the welcome pack was brilliant and worth the extra cost. Pool was just the right temperature and in front of the apartment. The buses outside the apartment were generally on time and takes you to the town centre and bus station as we did tour the area. Completely perfect if there was air con in the bedroom as the humidity was unbearable to sleep however i would highly recommend the property.

Beautiful appartment spotless clean everything you could wish for home from home
we found it was in a very good location very safe just a short walk to los locos beach
it was lovley and peaceful but plenty around
bus stops to destinations right outside the apoartment
we would definatly recomend this appartment
there is everything you could wish for
we ordered the welcome pack and everything was there what we needed
I had comunication with owner via email and the response was fantastic
very helpful people

Very pleasant apartment and given that the weather was poor when I visited it was a real bonus having WiFi and UK TV. The location is better than it first appeared and the centre of Torrevieca is walkable once you have your bearings.I would recommend the apartment but Torrevieca is not for me.

just got back from our third visit to this appartment that we like to call our home from home as it is so well equipped. Location is excellent as it is in a more residential rather than touristy part of town, within walking distance of the sea front, beach and local bars/restaraunts. Friday market is just up the street with many bargains, on our first visit we didnt hire a car, but didnt find it a problem as bus stops outside appartment, however, for exploring the area a car does enhance the holiday. We still got three or four places we have promised ourselves to visit so we have already re-booked for next year! We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing go as you please holiday.

Thanks for letting us stay, we had a great time. The apartment has all the essentials, and is well located for restaurants, beaches and everything we needed. We really needed the break, and we will go back again (if you'l have us)Thanks againJanine & HannahManchester
