We are established on the coast since 1998, when we left our native Belgium..!! We have been building one villa per year, until the last one which is actually Casa Alexandro, the one that is currently advertised. This beautiful property of one hectare consists of 8 luxurious residences surrounded by beautiful gardens on a hill on the coastline. Here you can enjoy your holiday in the peace and calm and the pleasant atmosphere - for which the Costa del Sol is so known. We manage 3 villa’s, one apartment, a cottage and two studio’s here. These properties are rented as holiday houses, but also by groups wishing to organize seminars, excursions and other professional meetings in a pleasant environment. Our most important characteristics are: Perfect and enchanting surroundings, very high status villa's, a team to serve your wishes, a personalized welcome and an organization to help you solve any problem.
Casa Alexandro is a beautiful villa located in a quiet residential area next to Marbella in Mijas-Costa enjoying a splendid view of the greenery and the sea. Covered terrace, swimming-pool (7mx4m) surrounded by a furnished terrace, outdoors shower room (toilet, sink) near the swimming pool, garden with various flowers. The house comprises a large living room, a dining room, an equipped American kitchen (microwave, American fridge, washing machine) and one bedroom with bathroom and terrace. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with each a private bathroom (toilet) and terrace. Each terrace is decked with garden furniture. Adjoining studio furnished for two people with a shower room, TV and terrace. The neighborhood has public transport running through it and the beach is within walking distance.
