The duplex apartment has been exquisitely designed to optimise comfort and quality of
life. The beds have ergonomic mattresses for your health; furnishings, appliances,
materials are of the highest quality. Sunlit terrace throughout the day. Equally satisfactory
for your summer or your winter vacations.
Our neighbourhood is thankfully quiet, but the famous beach of Carihuela and the Port of
Benalmádena are 600 m. away, offering you all the action you may wish! In addition, you
may visit Malaga on a day trip. Metro: 20 min. to the center. Malaga has become a
culturally focused metropole, with numerous museums, yearly reoccurring festivals and
much more.
Although I do not live in Torremolinos, you may reach me at any time on my cell phone or
via email. During your stay my assistants will be available to you for all of your needs.
From your penthouse you may also easily visit:
Torremolinos, Puerto de Benalmádena, Málaga, Marbella, Ronda, Fuengirola (tren
cercanías). But also within easy reach, day trip: Granada, Córdoba, Sevilla, Gibraltar

Great place, for a great holiday. My family (2 adults, 3 kids) enjoyed every minute at this place. Wonderful apartment – with everything included - wonderful place – 10 minutes’ walk from the beach in quiet area. 10 minutes till the Metro (20 min. till the airport). Supermarket just across the street – with everything we could wish. And the most of all we enjoyed the swimming pool. A lot of things to do with kids – aquarium, aqua park, Tivoli world.
