There is free parking, two swimming pools, a wonderful garden. First floor-spacious living room, open plan kitchen, an outdoor utility room and a terrace. From the living room access to the south facing terrace with outdoor furniture for cozy sitting with family or friends.
Second floor - two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have terraces.

An exclusive, bright and cozy luxury furnished apartment, accessed via a few stairs, is spread over two floors, with a spacious living room with open plan kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, plus a bathroom upstairs. The apartment is oriented in the south and north directions. It has four terraces/balconies, two of which have outdoor seating.
In the apartment you will find everything you may need for your vacation: always clean bed linen, bath and beach towels, bathroom toiletries, etc.
Free high-speed fiber optic WiFi and widescreen TV.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioners with cooling/heating functions.

Spaces:
On the first floor you will find a large spacious living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, you will find all the utensils you might need in it, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, induction hob, oven. The kitchen leads to a small outdoor balcony/utility room where you will find a washing machine with all the necessary equipment.
The living room has a dining area, if necessary there is a sofa bed, a wide-screen TV, a warming electric fireplace, which creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. The living room leads to a spacious, bright south-facing terrace with a seating area, an automatic sun protection awning and an additional sun umbrella.
From the living room, you will go up the stairs to the second floor, where you will find 2 comfortably furnished bedrooms and a modern bathroom, where you will find towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer.
In one of the bedrooms you will find a large double bed. From here you also have access to a north-facing terrace/balcony with an outdoor seating area, which is especially good for spending time on hot summer days.
The other bedroom has two single beds. From here you also have access to a small balcony. Both bedrooms are equipped with ventilated wardrobes, dressers with drawers for things, bedside tables, night curtains (black-outs).

The apartment is located in a private complex, in a quiet area, the territory of which is accessed through a special code-protected gate. Here you will find beautiful garden areas, two communal pools with showers and a lounge area.
Very convenient public transport connection with Malaga airport (only one transfer), as well as other coastal towns, bus stop just 200m away. 35 km to Malaga airport, 16 km to Marbella.

The car will be delivered directly to Malaga Airport or another location convenient for you. Just let us know in advance that you need this service, and we will arrange all the details for you.
