HOLIDAY VILLA IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND CLOSE TO THE SEA (15 MINUTES WALK) FOR A MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE IN A PEACEFUL AND PRIVATE LOCATION.
DISTRIBUTION: This single level villa is ideal for a family. You enter the villa through an open arched naya/terrace furnished with table and chairs and comfortable seating with views of the pool. From the naya you enter the air-conditioned lounge/dining room with 39" HD TV showing English (all the usual channels), French, German and Spanish languages. This leads through an archway to the hall with access to three bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The first bedroom has a king size double bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a king size double bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The bathroom is fully fitted with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The fully equipped independent kitchen has a back door leading out to the rear terrace with table and chairs. This terrace also overlooks the Illuminated pool. Fast free WIFI is provided for internet connection.
EXTERIOR: The 850m2 villa gardens are beautifully planted with olive and orange trees, shrubs and plants. There are areas where you can sit in the shade on hot sunny days. A long open driveway leads to the house with ample parking. There is an illuminated kidney shaped pool for cooling off on those hot sunny days and evenings.
SITUATION: The villa is located in a quiet area of Calpe with views of the Penon de Ifach and glimpses of the sea. The safe and sandy La Fossa beach is a 15 minute walk away. The Penon de Ifach can be explored with magnificent views from the top. The pretty Old Town is also well worth a visit. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the port are all close by. The nearest bar/restaurant is only 5 minutes walk away! There is also plenty of FREE parking in Calpe. It is a 30 minute drive to Benidorm and a 20 minute drive to Moraira, Altea and El Portet. Lots of areas to walk and picnic and many other activities in Calpe which is a thriving town with a Saturday market and mid-week rastro (flea market). The beautiful coastline and Jalon valley are there to explore by car if you wish.
This villa is ideal for a fantasic family holiday in the best location on the Costa Blanca!

Air conditioning was a must and very welcome as very hot every day
Mosquitoes challenging due to humidity but that was our only issue otherwise perfect x

We are an adult family, with my son and his wife coming in from Denmark and my daughter and I coming from UK. All agree that this is a 5* property, in a quiet area of Calpe. It is about 15 mins to the sea, but is a bit steep on the way back. We soon got used to this though. There is a small supermarket close by with lovely staff but also on the walk to the sea 3 further supermarkets including Aldi.
We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and were grateful for the excellent air con in the bedrooms as it was very warm.
Stephen answered all my questions before we went which reassured me on a couple of points.
I thoroughly recommend this Villa, if I can tie the family down for another meet up would certainly visit again.
