Surrounded by a beautiful garden full of flowers, the villa is just a few minutes drive to all the beaches of the west coast such as Cala Tarida, Cala Conta, Cala Carbo, Cala Vadella, Cala Moli, ... and 5 Km from the village of San José, or 20 km from Ibiza town. Supermarket in San Josep 5Km.
As the house is located almost at the end of little earth road, it benefits of a very quiet residential area.

- Living / dining room with fireplace. A lot of space and all on the same level.
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, fridge, toaster, nespresso machine. The kitchen is new (2014)!.
- The Master Bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Access to its own terrasse. A/C.
- The second bedroom with double bed plus a single bed. En suite bathroom. A/C.
- The third bedroom with double bed and A/C. Separate bathroom with shower/bath. Direct access to the pool.
- Outside areas: Private pool 11 x 4m. 5 loungers, tables and chairs. Large terrace with outdoor dining for 20 people. Outdoor shower. BBQ. Wonderful sea views. Parking for at least 4 vehicles. Fenced plot and newly installed Lounge.
