The villa is located in the most exclusive area of the island, in the protected region of Es Cubells.
The style of the villa is contemporary and minimalist, with plenty of terraces and living areas to settle into with sundowners. The villa is on a 20,000 sqm (5 acre) plot which affords total privacy whilst being only a few minutes drive from the nearest restaurant. All beds can be doubles or twins.
This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa offers first class living facilities with views over rural Ibiza and the Mediterranean in the distance. The spacious sunbathing terrace and outdoor dining area have countryside views across the infinity edged swimming pool (11 x 4).
It is a child friendly villa, and has large day beds around the pool, two outdoor dining areas, spacious bathrooms and bedroom flexibility with twin or double bed configurations.
This luxury villa is located a 5 minute drive away from Es Cubells which has 3 great restaurants - Ses Boques which is on the beach and fantastic for fish and two authentic Spanish restaurants which are great value and one has a great sea view.
There is also a local, well stocked small supermarket which has most things you need and this is located a 5 minute drive away.
We've developed a good relationship with a couple of transport companies who know the villa well and are able to transport people around the island on a day/night out if you don't want to drive, which is important as taxis can be tricky to get hold of July and August.

We stayed at the villa last week. We were a group of 10 friends looking for a mixture of chilled vibes and some big events during our stay on the island. The villa was absolutely stunning, particularly the pool area with the views overlooking the hills. It was extremely clean, spacious, and equipped with everything that you need. Couldn’t fault it at all. Due to the location I would advise having a form of transport company you can message on WhatsApp as getting taxis to come to the Villa to go out was difficult, but we had no problems getting taxis back from San Antonio and Bossa. Communication with the owner Alex was excellent during the booking process and it was very smooth and all questions were answered with a simple phone call. Esmee, who oversaw the checking in/out aspect was an absolute angel and fantastic, so helpful with anything that we required including boat hire and transport queries. Overall we had an incredible stay and would certainly look to come again.
