Sant Andreu de Llavaneres lies on the Mediterranean coast between Mataro and Sant Vicenc de Montalt. It is trendy as a summer residence for people in Barcelona, especially those who enjoy sailing. It is a brilliant base to visit Barcelona, explore the Maresme and Costa Brava coastlines, visit authentic ancient villages and discover the mountain scenery.

The property is very spacious, with many areas for entertainment. It is set in extensive grounds of 2000 sq metres with a whole package of treats to keep you busy. You will discover a large open plan living space within the villa with a dining area at one end and a living area surrounded by floor-to-ceiling doors and huge windows, allowing the natural light to flood the room.

Three sofas face the feature fireplace, and a chandelier hangs overhead and prominent television features for your enjoyment. Outside, guests can enjoy the excellent 72 sq metre swimming pool surrounded by loungers, the paddle tennis court, table tennis, the children’s playground area, or the chill out zone with a bar, small kitchen area, and barbecue alfresco dining and outdoor lounging.
