It is located away from the tourist areas but only a few minutes drive from beautiful beaches, golf courses and restaurants.
The house has one bedroom has a large private terrace with outdoor furniture. The living room has a nice sitting area, plasma TV and dining area. fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker...) Inside the room is the bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom and living-room have ceiling fans.
For privacy on the roof there is a small terrace with two hammocks.
Free wifi in comunal areas.
Casitas located in a privileged environment, within a plantation of banana trees, a few meters from the town. You can walk to restaurants, church, coffee shops, supermarket ...
This finca is ideal for people who want to relax but at the same time want to be a few minutes by car from the most popular beaches and tourist areas.
Ideal situation for golf lovers, as there are two 18-hole courses at just 3km and another 9-hole course at 5km.
Ten-Bel and las Galletas are only 3km away, the highway at only 1km will connect you to the rest of the island.
