LOCATION
This villa is located in the very popular beautiful area of Costa Adeje. Within a 15 minute walk there is restaurant, a bar and a mini market. Only 2km from the villa is the huge Gran Sur shopping centre. The Gran Sur shopping centre (centro commercial) has many shops, a large supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks, cinema and plenty of other amenities. The nearest beaches are Playa Del Duque, Fanabe and Puerto Colon are all within 3 – 3.5 km of the property. Here you will find various activities available with numerous bars & restaurants, shops and arcades and plenty of other activities for you to explore. This is one of the most favoured destination for holiday makers in Tenerife. Siam Water Park is approx 3.5 km from the villa.

We stayed at the villa for a week as large family group of 10 of mixed ages ranging from 17-50s. The villa was large and spacious and a massive bonus was everybody having their own en suite bathroom to their room so we never felt on top of each other. The facilities at the venue are great and we loved the range of activities available - from a pool table, table tennis, beer pong, Wii, volleyball and plenty more. This was a massive highlight to our holiday as we could get the most use out of being in the villa without getting bored and would be one of the main reasons I would recommend the villa. The pool itself was beautiful with the added jacuzzi which was a real luxury and we got plenty of use out of it in the week we stayed. There was plenty of different seating areas and spaces to hang out as a group or separately and would be great for young groups or families. The pictures of the villa provided on the website does not do the views justice and we had amazing sea views from all balconies and from the ground floor. Although the villa appears to be situated on a road, you are not level with this and a single car did not pass us apart from any cabs we ordered so we felt very private and secluded despite this. There is free street parking right outside the villa doors which is also a benefit if you rent a car. We would suggest renting a car we sometimes cabs were difficult to get but it was a short journey into the main town (about 7 minutes) and even closer to the local supermarket which was very well priced. We were also very happy with the kitchen facilities as there are two large fridges (one outside in a store room and one inside) and plenty of useful utensils and a wide range of cooking facilities. We also got great use of the outside bbq/bar area. Overall I would highly recommend the villa to others viewing.
