Palm Springs - 4 Bed, San Eugenio, Las Americas

From first contact Jon and his team were very helpful, from arranging transport to and from the villa to having Russell greet us there for a quick tour of the property. Essentials like bread, milk, water and wine all chilled in the fridge perfect after a long flight.
The villa is fantastic, well stocked and very comfortable. As there was 4 of us staying we only used the ground and upper floors which had plenty of room for us. The girls had exclusive use of the pool during our stay.
It is very close to all amenities with a good selec tion of bars and restaurants. Yes with views like that you have a bit of a climb home but it kept us fit (taxi only 3 euros from supermarket) Sitting watching the sunset from balcony made the climb well worth it.
Only thing missing for us was a bbq.
Definately excellant value for money and yes we would go back .

On arrival we were met by Amanda, a lovely lady, who showed us around the villa and had even bought us some essentials,such as milk, bread and wine!.

The villa was much bigger than we expected with plenty of space for the 7 adults staying, including sufficient sunbeds for us all to spend our days lying in the sun.

The owners had thought of everything that you could possibly need for your stay and the villa is in a great location. It is literally a down hill walk to San Eugenio Supermarket and then a nice 20 minute leisurely stroll into las americas for the night life.

Just some useful information when getting a taxi to the villa its worth while using the el molino blanco restuarant as a guide point. On our first couple of trips back to the villa we struggled to be able to describe its location until we were given this same advise by an english speaking driver.

There are plenty of lovely restaurants close to the villa but we felt the view from the villa was lovely and stayed in for dinner more than we went out!.

Overall we have all said we will definately make a point of coming back to this villa on our next trip to tenerife and we cant forsee anyone not having a fabulous time at 5 Palm Springs!.

Property was large and spacious, very sunny with good living areas. Plenty of room for our large group. We understand its only recently set up so for the future in our view the villa could also do with the following: a stereo (there is no way of playing music other than the TV), one or two large bowls, a jug and some additional glasses (possibly due to breakages, while the villa sleeps 11 there are only 6 wine glasses and about 7 water glasses). Otherwise the villa is very clean and tidy and we had a relaxing stay.

Couple of small final niggles - the twin bedroom was made up as a king (we werent asked what configuration we wanted and there was no linen around to remake it as twins) and we were left standing outside for 40 minutes waiting to be let inside while the housekeeper picked up her children from school (which she only told us afterwards). We wouldnt have been too bothered but we were only there for a short stay and had specifically asked for it to be ready at a certain time. Once we were inside we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your feedback. i am glad you enjoyed your stay although I am disgusted at your comment about having to stand and wait outside for 40 minutes.....you booked a short break at the last minute, sandwiched in between 2 bookings, and negotiated a cheaper rate because of this. You then sent several emails insisting you MUST be allowed entry earlier than the advertised 3pm. We responded saying that due to a booking departing that morning it would be impossible to get you in much earlier than the ADVERTISED 3pm time. We did out utmost and did get you in slightly earlier. it wasn't because the housekeeper had to pick up her children from school it was because the cleaners had not finished cleaning.We will of course buy extra glasses (after breakages from the previous group) but as there were only 6 in your group I cannot see why you would mention this.We appreciate all feedback but please keep in honest and factual.

Brilliant area and wonderful villia. loads of space and beds. the pool was on the small side but was very quiet. overall thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will rent this villa again!
