Villa Rio

From the initial booking was kept fully updated. How to get to villa, recommended taxi company from owners as airport cabs are more expensive. A short 40 minute drive to villa and then wow. A perfect place to relax and unwind. The weather was perfect, went 12th - 19th September 2025. The villa has everything. Clean, spacious, all the plates, cutlery, glasses etc. Nothing missing. Fantastic outside space. Sunbeds, towels, inflatables, BBQ. 15 minute walk to excellent bars, restaurants and supermarket. You don't need a car but if you have lots of shopping then get a taxi. The villa has Aircon which is great as long as you keep doors shut. I cannot fault the villa or the hosts. we have already booked for next year.

We had the best stay at Villa Rio. The villa is beautiful, has all the amenities you need and is an easy 20 minute walk to Quesada with lots of bars and restaurants. The pool area is lovely and large, there were plenty of pool floats available to use and the BBQ was great. We will definitely return and would recommend to everyone.

Had a fabulous stay at Villa Rio last week. everything you needed. lovely outside space. great space inside a short walk into Quesada following the clear directions left for you. such a relaxing time. thoroughly recommend.

Had the most wonderful holiday at Villa Rio. Great big outdoor space with everything you could possibly need. Having our own pool was perfect with our young children they was in it all day and was a great size. Villa was really clean with everything inside what you could need. Would 100% return was a fantastic place and not too far from the centre.

*****. March 2024 Set back off the road with super drive in, modern impeccable villa with great pool. Had every amenity and more for a very comfortable peaceful stay One way Quesada, the other Benijófar, ideal. Great value for money, would not hesitate to recommend and revisit. Lee there for you and Judith, gem.

We have just spent a month at Villa Rio. What a great time we’ve had. Walk right or left and you will reach bars & restaurants. It has the most amazing patio that gets the sun all day with everything you need to relax. Thanks for your hospitality. We will be back.

Just returned today from a fantastic holiday with Toby at Villa Rio. On arrival we was greeted by the lovely Judith, had a lovely surprise the villa was decorated with red balloons, wine etc as was celebrating our 10 year anniversary. Was a lovely start to the holiday! Transfer cab was excellent, from the airport and going home was already outside waiting for us. The villa was amazing, everything that was included inside was like a home away from home, beautiful garden and pool area, was lovely having our own pool. The local area was only a short walk away with local restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Would definitely recommend the Villa to anyone. definitely 10/10. x

Hi me and my wife Linda stayed here in the winter months and all I can say is wow!fantastic place with everything you need for a fantastic holiday inside and outside it’s a great sun trap as well.

we have just returned from villa Rio and have had an amazing family holiday. we have a 4 and 10yr old who have loved having their own pool on holiday. Having the water park and local bowling, mini golf on our door step (short walk) has been fab too. We took a taxi to a beach and have a great day out. Prior go going taxi were organised through the owners contacts and they were spot on too. We have two fussy eaters and there was plenty of local places that they were able to eat in. The villa itself was spacious, clean, very well equipped. As someone who suffers with back problems I dread going away to sleep on uncomfortable beds. This was quite to opposite. our bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby every night. We are already planning our return trip. 5 out of 5 from the Strang's. very highly recommended for anyone but defo those with kids.

Comfortable and relaxing stay - thank you. We had a lovely holiday and the villa met our expectations. Having a private pool certainly helped and was used regularly. There were some minor issues with the ceiling fans but nothing major as other fans were available. You can walk to the centre from the villa and using iPhone map it took me 10 mins but a little uncomfortable in the heat but the pool helps after you’ve made the walk back. Having a car for the duration of our holiday helps and to be honest, a car is essential but that’s my view. All in all, a lovely holiday. Thank you

just home after a brilliant fortnight in Villa Rio, the villa was lovely and garden area and pool amazing, bbq great and big mercadona nearby for cheap drink and food for bbq or eating in, loads of lovely bars and restaurants in Quesada main strip all within walking distance or cheap taxi home. Aquapark literally 5 minute walk from villa, plenty places nearby to visit for days out, property manager Judith is lovely she sorted us out a car for some day trips into Benidorm which is less than an hour drive and Torreveja not even 20 minutes drive. Good choice for nearby local markets for bargains. We went to the villa with our 2 teenage boys and had a fantastic time weather was amazing, villa stunning would highly recommend we'll definitely be back 😍

Magnificent Villa. My wife and I had a fantastic vacation at Lee's villa. The interior, outside space and location were all perfect. And the hot tub was an added bonus. The villa is well appointed with everything you could ever need. It was only a 15 minute walk into Quesada and 20 minutes into Benjiofar with all the bars and restaurants and other facilities. Thank you Lee. We would have booked it for next year but somebody beat us to it. 5 stars are not enough for this villa.

wow this villa is amazing everything you need and more. so relaxing not overlooked had the best time away. english TV , very safe in a beautiful town. people friendly.very clean and cheap. going back in may. highly recomend.

Had a lovely stay at Villa Rio. Villa has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Owner was contactable via messenger and always replied quickly on the run up to the holiday and also whilst there for any queries. Le Mata beach was lovely (20 min drive) - relatively quiet and very covid compliant which was reassuring. Also very nice bars/restaurants there and a playpark right by them where the children could play in the evening whilst we enjoyed a quiet drink! Would definitely visit again. Thank you!

Visiting Family in Rojales This villa was a great location for us, close to family and the water park for the kids! Great space outdoors at the villa plenty of room for the kids to play and for us to relax. The kids loved the pool. Indoors was prefect for a family of 4, good range of tv channels and great WiFi. Lee and his team was a great help throughout our stay.

We stayed for a week in Quesada and loved it. Very private yard with nice pool we spent most evenings enjoying cava and enjoying the weather. The house was spacious and clean. Secured parking was nice. The town of Quesada was a bit of a hike. We had no problems in our late 40,s but we are quite active. Wonderful restaurants, very British feeling and English is spoken. Easy drive to attractions and to the beach. We plan on coming back soon!

Excellent property. Modern and well equipped. Lovely pool and hot tub with extra towels supplied for their use. Comfortable furniture and beds. A good range of TV channels with the use of netflix as well. Property manager always available locally who is friendly and efficient.

This villa is absolutely perfect we found it spacious clean and very comfortable. it's so easy opening your patio doors and having everything on 1 level no steps to get to pool. Able to park car on drive secure gates and secure surroundings. easy access to Benimar and Quesada highly recommend this villa The owners kept in touch well and we were welcomed by Judith upon our sailing arrival to check if we needed anything on our arrival at the villa which was so helpful. Definitely will be returning thank you

a beautiful laid out Villa. Villa has everything you need for a lovely comfy relaxing holiday. the Patio and pool are well maintained and very clean and there is a BBQ. kitchen is well equipped with added bonus of washing machine, dishwasher and 3 ring hob with full size oven should you wish to cook. Local Town Quesada is only a short stroll to centre where there is an abundance of Bars and restaurants all at very reasonable prices. also a lot of Bars have live entertainment all of which make for a great evening out. we have had an absolute wonderful holiday. We even managed to go to Benidorm for a day and evening which is well worth a visit. Thankyou so much to Donna and Lee for letting us use your beautiful villa.

Just back from here third time lovely quiet location, villa equipt with all u need for a relaxing holiday. Love the pool, plenty of outdoor space with furniture. 20 min walk to Quesada town with lots of bars and restsurants booking for next thanks lee and donna

A lovely villa. Been here twice now once with 5 friends for a girly holiday back in September. The weather was great and spent most of the time by the pool. A local town 15 minute walk away with plenty of places to eat and drink. The second time in Febuary with just my hubby. The villa is lovely and clean and plenty of space even when they was 6 of us staying there, Great facilities within the villa. Nice and relaxing has not in a busy area.
