Overview
The villa gives the impression of a set of small building which gives it a special charm. Supported mountainside villa perfectly marries the altitude and respects the architecture of the ancient appearance of the site. Not overlooked and in a quiet forest is a place of rest and plenitude only 5 minutes from the most beautiful beach of Javea and living the arenal. On entering the villa look is attracted by a bird's eye view on JAVEA and the beautiful landscape of the Costa Blanca, and a cliff in front of the drill. This is the view which you can enjoy at any time with its changing colors. 3 steps past the entrance living room awaits you with its windows overlooking the vertigo. the right dining room benefits from the possibility of a covered outdoor patio to. at the entrance on the right the spacious kitchen and fully equipped gives access to the patio. This is the place to live with its summer barbecue, space well studied and the shadow of the magnificent palm .. the three bedrooms are to the left of the entrance is the sleeping area, separate well equipped with two bathrooms. These multiple levels provide a picturesque side to the Villa. Access to the swimming pool is on the outside, it is spacious enough with beaches equipped with chaise longue, which allow the most relaxing gardens total. les bring their beauty and freshness.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, the villa is lovely with 2 levels and then a 3rd level for the swimming pool. Facilities were great including lots of sun loungers and smaller ones for the kids. If I had any niggles I would say the bathrooms could have been cleaner but this didn't impact the stay. Communication with the owner was great before and during the stay. The villa is nice and secluded but close enough to everything you need at the same time. Taxis for around 10 euros get you down to the main shops and restaurants but if you wanted to walk its only around 25 minutes to the 1st supermarket. I would highly recommend this villa

We had a great family holiday at this villa. The owners were lovely. Although they spoke broken English and my French is non existent we communicated fine.. The views were beautiful. You could spend hours looking out over Javea. Very peaceful and handy to shops. The only thing that I would say is that there are a lot of steps and that was a bit stressful because we had a 20 mouth old with us. Wouldn't be great if you had mobility problems a either. Over all a relaxing villa. We hope to go back next year

Villa was in a good location, very private and close to beach and lovely view of sea. Easy communication with key holder. The only problem we had was that the WiFi was very intermittent and was only available for a short period of time each day and on some days there was no connection at all.

Nos locataires ont appréciés le calme et la beauté des lieux. La vue imprenable à 180° offre l’impression d’être seul au monde. Le classement en "Zone verte" du site donne une intimité pour les vacanciers .
