Our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is very clean and well equipped and is perfect for spending a few days at the beach on a reasonable budget. The nearest beach (la Ermita) is only 4 min walk from the building. The location of the Apartment in the Bahia area of Puerto de Mazarrón means that you could reach two other fabulous beaches in less that 10 minutes on foot from the apartment (Bahia Playa and La Isla).

The apartment is located in a private residential building, on the second floor with no lift. The guests have the entire apartment all to themselves and everything is provided to feel just like home. We regret but there is no access to a pool and there is no terrace for outside dining. However, there is a small balcony for a bit of fresh air or to dry your towels/laundry. Ice cold AC in the living room and fan/desk top fans in the bedrooms. TV with Spanish and English channels (freeview) in the living room. Wi-FI available on request. The kitchen is fully functional, it has a fridge freezer, washing machine, cooking facilities, microwave, coffee maker and glasses, plates, pots and pans. We provide guests with quality bed sheets and towels.Parking if plentiful on the streets surrounding the building and is free. You can keep an eye on your car from the apartment if you park at the back of the building. We promise you a spotless apartment at entry and if you wish to bring a pet, we will consider it, subject to prior agreement from the host and agreeing to leave the apartment and its contents undamaged and in a reasonble state of cleanliness when you exit. Guests are not allowed to leave pets unattended or unsupervised inside the apartment. There are two dog friendly beaches in Puerto de Mazarron at a short driving distance from the apartment.

I live in Puerto de Mazarron and love to welcome my guests in person, to show them around the property, to answer any questions and to hand over the keys on arrival. I will also personally say goodbye at exit and welcome feedback on their stay as we continuously intend to better our service.

Nuestro apartamento de 3 dormitorios y 1 baño está muy limpio y bien equipado y es perfecto para pasar unos días en la playa con un presupuesto razonable. La playa más cercana (la Ermita) está a sólo 4 minutos a pie del edificio. La ubicación del Apartamento en la zona de Bahía del Puerto de Mazarrón permite llegar a otras dos fabulosas playas en menos de 10 minutos a pie desde el apartamento (Bahía Playa y La Isla).

El apartamento está situado en un edificio residencial privado, en una segunda planta sin ascensor. Los huéspedes tienen todo el apartamento para ellos solos y todo está previsto para que se sientan como en casa. Lo lamentamos, pero no hay acceso a la piscina y no hay terraza para cenar al aire libre. Sin embargo, hay un pequeño balcón para tomar un poco de aire fresco o secar las toallas y la ropa. Aire acondicionado helado en la sala de estar y ventiladores/ventiladores de escritorio en las habitaciones. TV con canales españoles e ingleses (TDT) en el salón. Wi-FI disponible bajo petición. Suponiendo que haya optado por WI-FI, una de las habitaciones tiene un televisor inteligente donde los niños pueden ver dibujos animados en YouTube (no hay antena para este televisor, por lo que no funcionará sin WIFI) o puede iniciar sesión en su propia cuenta de Netflix y ver las últimas series (el acceso a Netflix no lo proporcionamos nosotros). El estacionamiento es abundante en las calles que rodean el edificio y es gratuito. Puede vigilar su automóvil desde el apartamento si estaciona en la parte trasera del edificio. Le prometemos un apartamento impecable en la entrada. y si desea traer una mascota, lo consideraremos, sujeto al acuerdo previo del anfitrión y acordando dejar el apartamento y su contenido sin daños y en un estado razonable de limpieza cuando salga de él. desatendido o sin supervisión dentro del apartamento. Hay dos playas caninas en Puerto de Mazarrón a 5 y 10 minutos en coche del apartamento.

Vivo en Puerto de Mazarrón y me encanta recibir a mis huéspedes en persona, mostrarles la propiedad, resolver cualquier duda y entregarles las llaves a su llegada. También me despediré personalmente a la salida y agradeceré sus comentarios sobre su estadía, ya que continuamente tenemos la intención de mejorar nuestro servicio.

Importante tener en cuenta: 1. El apartamento está en el segundo piso sin ascensor. 2. no hay acceso a la piscina o terraza para cenar al aire libre. 3. Para traer una mascota, hable conmigo antes de confirmar su reserva.
