Situated in the heart of Puerto de Mazarrón, our 2 bed apartment is just 40m from the marina, beach and promenade, with direct access to a large shared solarium with seaview. The building is small with only 5 apartments, ours is on the 3rd floor with no lift, not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Set amongst numerous bars and restaurants, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Spanish lifestyle. Situated very close to the tourist information centre and an unmistakable entrance to the property with a large mural on the outside wall. The spacious apartment is fitted with 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a fridge and a stovetop. Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment.
