Our poolside luxurious fully air conditioned apartment is located on the ground floor looking directly over the wonderful swimming pool.
There are only 8 other apartments in the complex that share the beautiful communal pool so plenty of room to sunbath & swim. At the front of the pool is a kids splash area for them to play in. The entrance to the pool area is protected by a secure gate for safety.
Sunbeds are supplied for you to use both around the pool and on the patio of the apartment as well.
The inside is set out as homely open plan kitchen, with breakfast bar, looking onto the living room.
The living room is air conditioned and has a dining table and large settee. The 50inch smart flat screen TV gives you all your home comforts with all English TV as well as lots of other nationality TV as well.
As you walk out of apartment from the living room through the double doors you will be directly on the large terraced area.
The terraced area looks straight over the beautiful swimming pool but if your looking to escape the sun or maybe just get a little privacy we have large roll down blinds for this.
There are 2 sets of steps leading down to a huge private astro turfed garden which is perfect for kids playing as its totally secure.
The terrace has a large dining table & BBQ for you to make the most of the outside dining experience.
To give you peace of mind the outside area of the apartment has a secure gate separating it from the communal areas for safety.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need.
The utility room has a washing machine & tumble dryer.
The apartment has 2 large size bedrooms with:
Bedroom 1 having a xl double bed, wardrobes and chest of draws with air conditioning
Bedroom 2 having two single beds, wardrobes and chest of draws with air conditioning and flat screen TV
The main bathroom has a waterfall style shower/screen, toilet and wash basin.
The apartment comes with fibre optic fast internet access
Towels, hair dryer, straighteners & Iron are provided.
Easy free parking at rear of apartment block.
There is a 150 euro key deposit to pay on arrival (300 euro with pets) which will be refunded on departure minus the cleaning charge after checks are carried out.
Your end of stay clean will be deducted from your deposit with the remainder handed back to you on departure.
The end of stay cleaning charge is 65 euros or if you have pets 130 euros as a deeper clean will be carried out ready for the next guests.

Our Family Of 4 Had Everything We Could Need At This Lovely Apartment. It’s Safe, Has A Play Area For The Kids And A Great Outdoor Area That Looks Onto The Pool. We Had Many Bbq’s And Pool Days Which Was Perfect. Close To The Beach, Restaurants, Go Carts , Shopping, Fun Fair – We Loved It. Apartment Was Very Comfortable And Clean, Will Definitely Come Again Thank You For A Great Stay!
Had A Great Time Here, The Area Was Lovely, Not Far From A Water Park, Shopping Centre And Only A 10 Mins Drive To The Beach. Loads Of Restaurants And Bars, 5 Mins Up The Road. The Apartment Was Spotless, The Sitting Area Was Perfect, In A Large Shaded Area, With The View Of The Pool. Would Highly Recommend!!

El apartamento está fabuloso. Muy bien ubicado, con excelente mantenimiento y dotado con todos los utensilios necesarios para una estancia tranquila y sin preocupaciones. The apartment is fabulous. Very well located, with excellent maintenance and equipped with all the necessary utensils for a quiet and carefree stay.
We Absolutely Enjoyed It Here , Poolside Apartment Was Lovely, Ideal Clean ,Everything Was In Easy Access .La Zenia Beach Was Lovely , The Shopping Centre Was Great, The Local Bars Were Cheap And Food Was Fantastic We Couldnt Fault Our Holiday We Were Sad To Leave Will Book Again .

I have owned the property for 22 years from new and also owned the property next door and knocked through as i have 4 boys We used the property every school holiday but now all my kids are adults so its just myself and my wife so we built back as 2 apartments and sold 1 We have a boat in Spain which is where we now stay so this is why we thought we would give the opportunity to others to experience what we have for many years. The apartment was totally renovated a couple of years ago so is in top condition
