With three newly renovated bathrooms, there is plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The living area is large and connected directly to a kitchen that has everything you need to prepare local market finds. Whether you’re here to relax or need the high-speed WiFi for a quick video call, the house is fully equipped to feel like a real home.
The outdoor space is where you will likely spend most of your time. You can take a dip in the private pool, relax on the sun loungers, or enjoy the shade of the porch. The garden is filled with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, creating a natural backdrop for a BBQ dinner. For those traveling with little ones, we’ve included a cot and high chair in the price.
While you will likely want a car to explore the wider island, the local neighborhood is incredibly convenient. You can easily walk to the supermarket, the pharmacy, and a local bakery for fresh bread in the morning. Even better, you are just a short stroll away from a fantastic local fishmonger, several restaurants, and beautiful sea-view spots perfect for your morning coffee.
The location in Portocolom adds that final touch of magic. This is a historic fishing village that has kept its soul, far from the mass tourism crowds. You are perfectly positioned to reach some of the island’s best spots, like the family-friendly Cala Marçal or the iconic S’Arenal. If you are looking for something more adventurous, you can discover hidden gems like Cala Mitjana, a tiny and exclusive cove, or the wild and untouched Cala Varques, famous for its crystal-clear waters and natural caves. It’s the perfect base to experience the true, peaceful side of Mallorca.

We really enjoyed our stay. Due to the weather, we spent a lot of time at the house—cooking, grilling, and swimming in the pool—it was incredibly cozy. The private parking was also a major plus. The house features three large bedrooms that are nicely separated from one another, providing plenty of privacy. Additionally, there is a sound system, TV, and table tennis—basically everything you need for a relaxing few days. A grocery store with fresh fish and all the essentials is just a 5-minute walk (or a 1-minute drive) away. Overall, a very beautiful and comfortable home for a vacation!
Amazing house and incredible host! Always super responsive. We left the keys inside by mistake and she sent someone right away to help us out. Great communication. The place ks close to lots of nice spots by the port and also super close to cala d’or and other nearby nice beaches. Worth it!
A very beautiful holiday home in picturesque Portocolom. It’s just a short walk to the harbor and many lovely restaurants... the Eroski supermarket is also easily accessible. The service from Francesca was magnificent: she was incredibly helpful, even in the evening when we had an issue with the gate. A heartfelt thank you! 🙏
This was perfect for our family, private and very comfortable. Everything we needed to cook meals and relax. Pool was perfect and lovely overall. Clean and uncluttered. Host was easy to communicate with. One of the better Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.
We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful house, wandering around in the garden and enjoyed sitting at the huge table on the terrace watching the stars sparkling in the pool. Francesca is a very attentive, polite and helpful host. Jaime, the Co host waited for us to let us check in late and he arranged everything so nice that we could feel at home instantly. Portocolom is a good place to stay. Even out of season you can find bars and Restaurants if you want to eat outside. Beautiful hiking and beaches all around.
