Nice duplex located in the coastal town of Poris de Abona, very quiet, ideal for those who want to rest but few kilometers from the tourist and busiest areas of the island.
The apartment has two floors. It is accessed from the first floor, where two bedrooms (one with twin beds with terrace and wonderful sea views, the other has a double bed) and two bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower)
On the ground floor is the spacious living kitchen with 50m2, a single bedroom (bed can be converted in a double bed), a bathroom (with shower), and a wonderful terrace with outdoor furniture. The sea views are spectacular, the lighthouse can be also seen from here.
Poris de abona is a very quiet coastal town, perfect for those guests who seek tranquility. It is a sunny area, the apartment has a terrace facing south where you can enjoy the sun in winter.
Poris de Abona is also the ideal place for those who practice climbing, since the municipality of Arico is where the most popular climbing area of the Canary Islands are located. Surrounded by pine forests and deep ravines, it is ideal for lovers of this sport, as it has more than 500 well-equipped routes that cover all levels of difficulty -with predominance of intermediate grades- and a maximum height of 35 meters.
