The villas have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a washing machine, anything you need to feel like at home. Free parking is available right outside the villas.
Villas Anais has a common area with a gym, where you can play table tennis. Within 300 meters there are several supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
Costa Adeje and Playa de Las Américas are a 15-minute drive away, while the Costa Adeje Golf Course is 2.5 km away and Tenerife Sur Airport is 27 km away.
There are a few shopping centers nearby, like The Rosa Center, 1 km away from the villas, or the Siam Mall, that is 10 minutes by car away.
We are a married couple who are dedicated to rent these two villas, which were originally meant for our children, so they were designed and decorated with the highest quality and enthusiasm, and they are maintained with the greatest dedication and affection.

This really is a lovely villa, one of the best we've stayed in. So spacious for our family (me, my husband and 2 children), with amazing outdoor space including a lovely pool. Beautifully presented throughout, in a quiet area but within walking distance of a supermarket and a few bars and restaurants. We hired a car and it was about 10-15 minutes drive to Fanabe beach and Las Americas. The host was lovely and even brought some sweets around for Halloween for my children. Would definitely visit again!
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit eigenem, abgeschlossenen Garten, beheiztem Pool rund 6 x 9 m, überdachter Sitzecke mit Grill. Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, zwei Badezimmer sowie eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche, es fehlte an nichts. Die andere Hälfte des Duplex-Objektes ist durch eine rund 3m hohe Abtrennung im Garten gut abgeschirmt. Sehr zuvorkommende, freundliche und zuverlässige Vermieterin.

We are a couple dedicated to renting these two villas, which were originally for our children, so they were designed and decorated with the highest quality and enthusiasm, and are maintained with the greatest dedication and affection. One of the best things about the villas is what our guests say about them: that although the photos are very beautiful, reality surpasses them. When we built the villas, what convinced us and fell in love with it was the tranquility and silence of the area, the town seems to be in a bubble of peace and tranquility.
