Lovely new apartment with two large terraces (14m2 each) with stunning sea and mountain views.
The apartment, which is located immediately on the Mar Menor (Little Sea) with its beautiful sandy beach, has an 8000 m2 large garden where you can enjoy the beautiful communal swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, fitness, children's playground, outdoor lounge, beach volleyball square, bird hide with a view of the salt lakes, private lockers and showers. At the bottom of the building is a beautiful wellness area with sauna. There is a private underground garage.
Important for winter visitors and holidaymakers outside the summer: the very spacious sun terrace with dining table and loungers is south-facing and you can enjoy the sun, which is so abundant! If it is too hot on the south terrace, you can enjoy yourself on the front terrace. In the spring and summer you can enjoy the evening sun on the front terrace.
You will be welcomed personnally on arrival.

A new apartment, tastefully furnished with all the necessary equipment and utensils. The view of the Mar Menor is fantastic and the hosts are very careful with visitors.

it’s a perfectly located brand new apartment with a stunning view to Mar Menor (sunset included) and perfect layout to ensure fresh air inflow even without switching on air conditioning. The property has everything you might need during your stay and is furnished and equipped with love and care. i enjoyed my stay immensely and would gladly repeat
