Beautiful clean apartment, with a view of the beautiful pool, welcome wine on arrival, apartment had all we needed beech towels etc, I liked that it is right next to the supermarket too, and we felt safe that it was a private gated urbanisation, lots of parking spaces too.

Was nice and peaceful The location was very good close to all restaurants and bars did not nead to use car Liked everything but could do with a clock and a small radio

It was great everything central and the owner was fantastic with quick response if needed. Would recommend highly. It was very central to beach,supermarket and anywhere we needed to go .. We went in December so was cold. The property at this time of year wasn’t heated very well but not a complaint overall, most Spanish properties are not insulated and Winter months are cold, but perhaps a plug in heater or an oil radiator would do in winter if staying as property is not south facing.

Ble tatt imot av Silvia som arbeider for verten,hun var utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsom!Området var pent og stille. Leiligheten manglet ingenting av utstyr,det betød mye. Atter en gang tusen takk til hjelpsomme Silvia som gjorde oppholdet så bra!

We loved Oleza Garden and would be happy to visit again! Perfect location, 10min walk to the beach, 2 mins to the nearest supermarket, pool right beside the apartment. The host Sylwia was very helpful and quick to respond to our queries. She also helped us arrange a taxi back to the airport early in the morning. Coffee machine (even a small one) would be very handy to have in the apartment.

Lovely apartment (hope you like dogs) in a well kept garden complex in a great location. 2 mins walk to Mercadona, 10 mins walk to several restaurants and numerous coffee bars as well as a clean, sandy beach, but without beach bar. Super friendly host Sylwia always available.

vi hade en fantastisk vistelse, otroligt grönt och fint Boende som var väldigt lugnt och rogivande även vid poolområdet. Sylwia var toppen att ha kontakt med både inför och under vistelsen, svarade snabbt och var flexibel med in och utcheckning.

Sylwia who met us was brilliant. Sent us great directions right to the gate and met us as we arrived. She was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

location is key here walk to the beach the bars the mall all easy walking distances. we went in the winter and the apartment was a bit cold at night but it certainly had everything we needed and Sylwia who oversees the apartment for Urszula is really nice and helpful, for the price it's hard to criticise

Very good and we enjoyed our stay and Silvia derserves 5 stars Met by lovely Silvia with a smile , so friendly Lovely gifts of fruit left by the owner and wine and details all thought off . Very special indeed and the little Appartment was comfortable and very clean There was thing that did bother us and we did say to Silvia a smell that would not go . We believe it could be the drains . We had our friends over as they live not too far away and they said that was where it was coming from maybe stale water from washing machine . Did not affect our holiday as the apppartment was clean. But noted. Maybe a more comfortable sofa would be nice . Though it served its purpose . Just little things we noticed . It would have been nice if we had a south facing appartent where we got the sun more . Thank you to all involved we would recommend this place for value for money definately.

We were met by a lovely French lady called Kate who was very nice, the apartment was well presented, clean and well equipped with loads of storage. The location was very good right next to a Mercadona supermarket and only a few minutes walk the the beach. the pool on the complex which the apartment overlooked looked very nice but we didn’t use it because we were there in January.

Spędziliśmy wspaniały urlop w jednym z apartamentów. Nieskazitelna czystość, Wszystko fantastycznie urządzone. Nic nam nie brakowało. Blisko supermarket i plaza. Taras bardzo duży i miło spędzaliśmy tam czas. Miłym zaskoczeniem był prezent powitalny owoce, woda, wino, ciasteczka, kawa i herbata. Czuliśmy się na prawdę miło widziani. Co było także fajne to że mieliśmy kilka leżaków, parasol na plaże oraz ręcznik plażowy. Sylwia wspaniali osoba, bardzo miła, uprzejma i pomocna. Na pewno wrócimy i to jeszcze w tym roku.

Apartment as decribed overlooking the pool with plently of shade. Air con great with everything you needed. Wine and fruit on arrivsal was a nice touch. Slywia was excellent and firendly and was there to meet us at arrival and our departure. Only 10 min walk to the beach and the playa flamenca commercial centre and within 15 mins walk to the la zenia boulevard. Would reccomend to family and friends and family. Thanks Michael and Angela

Het verblijf was schoon, vriendelijke ontvangst door Silvia. Het appartement is ruim voor 2 personen maar is wel erg krap als er 4 personen zullen verblijven

Super logement, belle surprise en le découvrant. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait pour un séjour court. La réactivité de la propriétaire était un vrai plus pour nous décider à louer car nous avions des demandes particulières (arrivée tardive, lit pour bébé...). Elle etait toujours aimable et disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons droit à un petit cadeau de sa part, des fruits, du café, une bouteille de vin et des gâteaux. Nous recommandons ce logement ! Les frais de ménage restent tout de même un peu élevés mais c'était propre donc rien à dire.

Fantastic location and the apartment did exactly what we needed it to do. Gated car parking and private gate access to supermarket just 100 yards away. 20 minute walk to large shopping centre with great range of shops and restaurants. Beaches only 15 min walk. Host was excellent very responsive, helpful and flexible, couldn't fault. Will stay again.

Idea for what we needed. Better than expected

Tīri un kārtīgi apartamenti. Lieliska atrašanās vieta, tuvu jūrai un shopping centram. Skaista apkārtne. Ļoti jauka uzņemšana. Lieliski pavadīts laiks.

Excellent communication with Sylwia. We were arriving late and night and then our flight was delayed so it was after 2AM before we arrived. Sylwia met us promptly and let us in. Also was quick to respond to texts on one or two questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Ett extremt trevlig boende och väldigt trevlig värd. Boendet var som beskrivet och på bilderna, super nöjd. Kommer gärna tillbaka!!

We were with friends in two apartments Coral House and Laguna Rosa. Both apartments are spotlessly clean. Well equipped. Everything was exactly as in the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised with a welcome gift of wine, water, fruit, biscuits, tea, coffee. Sylvia is very kind and attentive. She explained everything to us thoroughly. Always willing to help. An ideal place for a vacation. We will definitely come back.

Stairs lead up to the first floor entrance, nice open space with small and well equipped kitchen, satellite TV, a sofa bed and foldable kitchen table. Upper floor with spacey bedroom with wardrobe and drawers, plenty of extra linen and warm blankets for the cold nights in February. Bathroom with a good walk in shower, a bidet I have never learned to use, a very new washing machine, shampoo, conditioner and shower soap. caretaker is very friendly, cheerful and ready to help. good small supermarket next door, Zenia Boulevard maybe 15 minutes walk and the beaches are right there. l would come again and tell my friends if they were looking for a place to stay

Urszula's appartment is immaculate with everything available for a great vacation. Bottle of great wine and fruit, biscuits, tea and coffee were a bonus. I hope to stay again later this year. Many Thanks

Really like the welcome fruit & wine, much appreciated after a long journey. Warm & comfortable accommodation, a perfect stroll away from the beach, shops & bars. Sylwia was particularly welcoming, friendly & helpful. Enjoyed our stay & know where to return if in this area again☺️

Lovely apartment in a quite location near Playa Flamenca. Very close to amenities, even has a private gate to Mercadona supermarket. Very secure, electronic gates. Overlooking the pool, which was extremely pretty with nice mature gardens. Only let down was a smell in the bathroom, but we understand this might be quite common with spanish plumbing. If you want a reasonably priced base close to popular locations then this fits the bill.

We enjoyed the stay at Urszulas place. Easy parking and a supermarket close to the apartment.

Greeted by such a lovely lady. Made us feel really welcome and what a fantastic job she does. Great to have that local contact if needed. Apartment has everything you could need for any length of stay. Just grab your bag and some food and nothing else needed. Bed comfy and extra blankets for the February cold evenings. Lovely and clean. Air conditioning for hot or cold air. Lovely balcony to sit out on to look at the beautiful grounds. Fantastic outdoor pool. Fully gated and secure area. Carpark on site! And a supermarket right next door. Minutes from the beach and round the corner from la zenia boulevard. Reasonable nightly rates. What more could you want? Thanks for a great stay.

The apartment Laguna Rosa was excellent, so well kitted out for a family holiday. Had shopping bags, salt, pepper, spices, tea bags, washing powder, sugar, fairy liquid, cloths, even a pair of hair straighteners. Basically everything you needed was in the apartment. Loads of floats for the children, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cool bag and ice packs were available as well A/C was excellent. Lidl right next door, other supermarkets within a 5 min walk. The square with all the restaurants and bars within a 5 min walk. Beach was a 11/15 min walk. La Zenia Boulevard was a 20 min walk. At last but not least Sylvia was just a lovely person, the apartment was absolutely immaculate. Not a thing out of place. There was even a bottle of wine, fruit and biscuits left for us which was a really nice touch. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome. And hopefully see you next year

Mieliśmy przyjemność spędzić 10 dni w Playa Flamenca. Dobrze zorganizowany wynajem apartamentu, pełen profesjonalizm. Znakomity i szybki kontakt 🙂 Wszystko było dobrze przygotowane, apartament dwupoziomowy, z balkonem, widokiem na basen i ogród. Dobrze wyposażony, niczego nam nie brakowało. Czysto, spokojnie. Miejsce godne polecenia, jeszcze tam wrócimy!! 🙂

Super miejscówka dla Rodzinki czy grupki znajomych. Sielankowa okolica, słońce, plaża, super baseny, na którym luźno i swobodnie. Kryształowo czysta woda, miejsce do popływania. Apartament w pełni wyposażony, we wszystko, czego potrzeba do beztroskiego wypoczynku. Plaża, knajpki, sklepiki. Żyć, nie umierać. Chciałbym pojechać tam jeszcze raz.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré 2 jours de pluie intense et froid à l'extérieur. Il ne manque rien dans cet appart qui se trouve dans un domaine fermé. Endroit très calme et proche de toutes commodités et plages. Nous recommandons vivement. Sylwia notre interlocutrice sur place est parfaite, pleine de bienveillance. Il faut toutefois pouvoir se débrouiller un peu en anglais pour communiquer avec elle.

Kleines, aber komplett ausgestattetes schönes Apartment. Es fehlt an nichts - sogar Öl, Essig, Gewürze, Kaffepulver, Taschen für Einkäufe sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Check-In/Out hat super geklappt, Danke an Sylwia.

Great apartment in a locked gated complex which felt really secure and safe. Perfect location within about 10 mins walk of everywhere we wanted to go. There is a supermarket right beside the complex which was really handy. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Sylwia, who did our handover coming and going was amazing, such a lovely friendly person. I'm hoping to get back over before the end of this year and definitely will try and book Laguna Rosa again for it!

Lugar tranquilo, cómodo y cerca del mar, la llegada y la gestión se Sylvia fueron muy buenas. Como punto negativo, los gastos de limpieza me parecen desproporcionados.

Apartament bardzo przytulny , dobrze wyposażony, teren zamknięty, cicho i spokojnie . Późne wieczory spędzane na tarasie z widokiem na oświetlony basen. We had a great time in the apartment. The place is actually nicer than in the pictures, very clean and well maintained and fully equipped with all amenities. Activities such as restaurants, bars and a beach all a five minute walk so no need for taxis which was was great. A good size clean pool right outside the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet itself so this is nice and relaxing and the owners are polite and helpful. Couldn’t fault this place and would 10/10 recommend

We had great 2 weeks holidays in Playa Flamenca! Lovely, comfortable little apartment located in very quite private estate. Apartment well equipped and had everything we needed. Good localisation close to shops and restaurants. Swimming pool just outside the door. Lots of places to visit on the Costa Blanca coast for kids and adults. Good road network and easy to get to places with Google map. Good communication with the owner! Highly recommended!!! 👍

Apartamencik super przytulny, dobrze wyposażony i czysty, doskonała lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, do plaży pare minut spacerkiem, plaża piaszczysta. Z apartamentu piękne widoki, basen pod "nosem" to super sprawa. Spacerek wzdłuż morza mógłby trwać bez końca. Właściciele sympatyczni i bardzo pomocni. Na miejscu dostępny przewodnik po zabytkach i atrakcjach regionu z wyszczególnieniem godzin otwarcia i orientacyjnych cen. Na miejscu dostępne WIFI. Zdjęcia przepiękne. Aż się wracać nie chciało i napewno tam w jeszcze wrócimy.
