The entrance is up a flight of steps and you have a small terrace outside the front door with table and chairs. Through the front door you walk into the lounge area which has a large TV with english channels and free WIFI.
The lounge leads directly into the well equipped kitchen and off of the lounge you have 1 double bedroom, a single room with 2 single beds and the bathroom.
Through the kitchen you have a door which leads you up to the spacious roof terrace which has artificial grass, loungers, seats and a parasol.
There is a communal pool a short walk from the apartment and the nearest beach is a 5 minute drive.
The apartment is walking distance to the local bars, restaurant's and Zenia Boulavard shopping centre.
La Zenia beach is one of the largest here. It is located to the north of Orihuela. The coast extends for 360 metres in length and 115 metres in width. Services: there is a nice mini-bar, cafe restaurant as well as rent chaises loungers with umbrellas.
