Modern beach apartment that sleeps 2, located on Avenida de Tirajana, central Playa del Ingles. Enjoy beautiful views from the balcony, while the shops and restaurants are within walking distance.


The apartment is a modern style one bedroom property on the main road, Avenida de Tirajana, in Playa del Ingles. It is just steps away from the Yumbo shopping centre and a number of various restaurants and bars.

The apartment has been refreshed and updated with new furniture, a new TV, new washer and electric stove in 2019.

The apartment is suitable for up to 4 persons. Those little extras you always have to carry with you when staying at the typical resort should already be in place for you.
If you rent a car free parking is available.

The Accomodation
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is a fitted wardrobe built in too. Further sleeping accommodation is available in the living area in the form of a sofa for 2.

The living area will seat you comfortably and provides a television. To the other side of the room is a dining table which is adjacent to the american style kitchen.

The kitchen is provided with a fridge, two ring electric hob, ample storage and crockery and cutlery for four. Additionally a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and microwave with grill are included to help with your self catering arrangements.

PLEASE NOTE: While the apartment will accommodate 4, you may find it more comfortable for 3.

Maid Services
As a holiday home rather than a serviced hotel, standard maid service and cleaning is provided before arrival, with the apartment fully cleaned, bed linen provided and towels changed.

It is convenient to stay near all the necessary infrastructure. Among the shortcomings - not reasonably slow and expensive internet data exchange to WI-Fi, a limited number of channels on TV, a limited supply of hot water (in principle, as elsewhere in the apartments on the island) The apartment is cozy, clean, and perfectly acceptable to stay for one or two people.

Overall very nicely spent two weeks of holidays in Gran Canaria, thanks for the comfortable apartment, thank you again.

We had a nice holiday. Apartmen was a little bit narrow for a four adult though but we managed to live there very well. Also big bonus for the swimming pool, tennisfield and nice staff.

Perfect location! It is close enough to every popular place (Cita, Yumbo, San Fernando, beach, dunes), but still far enough to be quiet and without crowds of people. If there is no loud child in the children pool, you may sleep all day on the terrace or near the pool in the yard (as most retirees do :-) ) Room is clean and worth its price. Very recommended for a great vacation!

We had a great stay. The apartment is what it is, cheap and cheerful, it has everything you need. It is in a fantastic location, 5 mins walk to Cita and 5 mins in other direction to the Yumbo. Although the complex was mainly full of Spanish people when we went, they tended to only be there for weekends so through the week it was very quiet and you had pool pretty much to yourselves. The staff were friendly and the landlord has been very helpful. We would certainly book up again and use this apartment again.

Even though it's not ultra modern, this one bedroom apartment has everything you need for a stay on Gran Canaria. The apartment was nice and clean when we arrived, which is an absolute must for me! There is a washing machine in the bathroom, which comes in handy for longer stays. Great location! Super market, shops, restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance. Very close to the famous dunes of Maspalomas and also the beach is only a short walk away. If you prefer sunbathing by the pool instead of the beach, there is a nice pool available for the residents of the apartment building. I will definitely go here again!

Brilliant little apartment on a very nice complex, Location was fantastic and close to everything that you would need. Apartment would benefit from air conditioning but has a fan to take the edge off the heat. But will definitely will be using again!

A comfortable apartment and quiet for us at night. Communication with host excellent. Lovely view from the balcony a relaxing time was had. Pool area spacious but recommend a mat as sun loungers are solid. Tom and Mark

Stayed in the apartment for two weeks in November. The unit is exactly as the picture shows, fully equipped and has everything you need. The washing machine is a bonus. It is ideally located for everything Beach, buses, bars and restaurant. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

The property was clean and very nicely located. We enjoyed sunbathing on the terrace. Will come again!Richard, Oslo.
