A fabulous open plan living area extends over most of the lower level with huge patio doors looking out to the terrace and garden. It encompasses extensive, comfortable seating, a large dining table and a well-equipped modern kitchen. On this floor there is access to a laundry area, a guest toilet and a TV room / fifth bedroom with a large sofa-bed.

Upstairs there are four attractive coin-operated air conditioned bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. There is a super king master bedroom, a king double bedroom, each with patio doors to the terrace, and there are two twin bedrooms.

The Vacation Rental Home has Wi-Fi throughout connected to fibre optic internet with IPTV in the living area as well as IPTV, Xbox one and PlayStation in the TV room (bring your own controllers. All controllers should work with it except Xbox 360). There is a sofa bed in the games room to sleep 2 small children.

A covered terrace runs along the upper floor of the Vacation Rental Home and overlooks the 10 x 4 metre swimming pool ( 1.3m to 1.8m at the deep end) and a large marble coloured 7 person Jacuzzi, perfect for winding down at the end of the evening with a glass of bubbly. The pool is electrically heated, accessed by roman steps.

A wall of patio doors leads from the living room to a partially covered, enclosed and totally private terrace with lounge seating, a dining table and pool table. Steps, with a lockable gate, lead to the extensive, sheltered sunbathing terrace which surrounds the swimming pool and is edged with colourful indigenous plants. There is also a separate private coffee corner for those that would like an area for solitude and relaxation.

A large built-in Canarian BBQ (for all aspiring chefs to conquer) completes the picture maximising the wonderful long hours of al fresco living in this glorious warm and sunny climate.
