Approached through private gated drive & courtyard.
Spacious & professionally designed & furnished home to relax in comfort. Sleeps up to 8. Master suite room & en suite with private solarium. Bright & airy double bedroom over looking the pool & two further twin bed rooms. There are two further bathrooms.
The villa has an indoor ‘dining room’ & outdoor dining area with barbecue. There are two large shaded relaxation terraces for drinks by the pool. Fully equipped for your comfort. Air conditioned through out & features free wifi & full international TV package. Outside there is a large sun terrace, with plenty of loungers, multiple relaxation areas & private heated pool.
The roof terrace is large, has a cocktail drinks area & enjoys a lovely sea, town & mountain vista to luxuriate in picture perfect sunsets or play pool or table tennis "al fresco'.
The Villa is quiet yet in short walking distance to convenience store, beautiful Playa Flamingo beach (& cafes) & boardwalk & Aqua Lava water park. Near too is Faro Park Restaurants, cafes & shops.

Montana Vista is a lovely villa in a superb location for the beach and restaurants but away from any noise.
The property is spotless and well maintained and has everything you could possibly want for a family or large group.
The kitchen is well stocked with tonnes of glasses, cups, plates etc and there is a great coffee machine - we were so impressed we ordered one when we got home!
The owner was in touch well before out stay as we were arriving later than usual and left us a fantastic welcome pack. The next day she arranged a breakfast delivery as a special treat - going well beyond what you would expect. We were allowed to stay beyond usual checkout time as our return flight was late too.
The living room was stocked with hundreds of DVDs and had plenty of room. The whole apartment was stacked with seating inside and out so even though we're a big family we still had plenty of space to be alone to read a book etc.
The outside pool was perfect and big enough for us all to have fun in.
A big hit was the outside bar football table which took me back to my youth and added a competitive edge to the holiday.
The pool table on the roof terrace could have been a big hit but Lanzarote's windy conditions meant all the balls kept blowing about - if some sort of wind break was added this could be a real boon.
Location wise - the sandy beach is a short walk away and bars, restaurants and supermarkets are also within walking distance. There's a lot of good quality restaurants - the Argentinian Steak House was Amazing!
Overall we would thoroughly recommend the apartment and the lovely owner Vicky.
