This detached family villa is situated in the central Punta Limones area, near the old harbour, in one of the best areas in Playa Blanca. Within easy walking distance of the town centre and beaches.
Overview
Casa Palmeras sleeps 6, with accommodation comprising a double bedroom, a twin room and a bedroom with bunks (2m long) suitable for both children and adults. A family bathroom and shower room are accessible from all bedrooms. The property is comfortably furnished for 6 guests with a spacious lounge, and a light and airy kitchen-diner which is fully equipped. Additional facilities include free wi-fi access and satellite TV including Sky, UK (BBC, ITV) and Irish (RTE) channels. There is also a CD and DVD player with a range of CDs and DVDs for guests to use. For little ones, a cot and highchair are available on request. All bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets and shutters to keep the bedrooms cool and ventilated with open and tilt mechanisms.
To make the most of Lanzarote's great climate, there is a walled terrace, with a shaded dining area and Canarian barbeque ideal for al fresco dining. The large 10 x 5m pool is heated, and has a maximum depth of 1.6m with steps at each end to enable easy entry and exit, perfect for children and adults to enjoy! There is also a waterfall and a pool cover to keep the heat in the pool when not in use.
Prices are from £1,000 per week based on 2 guests with an additional £50 per person per week for additional guests. Fixed prices apply at peak times, including school holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year and do not depend on number of guests. Changeover dates are generally flexible subject to availability, with a minimum stay of 7 nights, but please try to align your dates with existing bookings as we reserve the right not to take bookings which straddle available weeks.
We also provide a welcome pack to get your holiday off to a great start. Linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis and a mid-stay clean is included for guests staying longer than 11 days.

The location of this property situated on a gated community is ideal. Perfect position for the beach, shops and restaurants. Walking distance for most amenities and so close to the local bus stop, ferry port and a short walk to the bus station too. The terrace and pool area attracts sun all day. The property is close to the road yet private but the waterfall which you can switch on and off to make the garden your oasis is a beautiful addition.
Great villa with a heated pool in an excellent location Great location, I thoroughly recommend this villa for a nice relaxing holiday. We were there in December and were able to enjoy the winter sunshine and swim in the heated pool. Excellent seafood restaurants nearby, also supermarket, fish market, butchers. We normally rent a car, but the bus-stop is a 4 minute walk so we didn't need to. All good

We've been visiting Playa Blanca since the mid-1980s. Knowing it as a safe, relaxing and beautiful location, we bought the villa in 2007, finding it a great place to bring young children and our parents for family holidays. Since then we have run the villa as a successful holiday rental with positive feedback, on another platform, which has now closed. The location of the villa means everything is within walking distance - a wide range of restaurants, the beach, the supermarket - and the village centre is less than 10 minutes' walk. We've had many fun family holidays at Casa Palmeras, and hope you will too.
