Great property very comfortable and comfortable, distributed throughout the house on the ground floor and with a terrace on the top floor.
3 bedrooms –2 with twin beds and 1 with double bed, two bathrooms – one en-suite (with out toilet), toilette, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and freezer, large sitting and dining room leading to the fully enclosed private garden and pool.
Air conditioning in the living room / TV (cannot guarantee in what language it will be) / washing machine.
The pool is approx.. 8 x 4 m and is surrounded by a wooden deck.
There is a pretty curved and covered terrace with a built in barbecue, plenty of garden loungers plus a table and chairs. There is a large first floor balcony for those really keen sun worshipers.
Street parking.
The supermarket is a 5 min walk and is prefect for nipping out for hot bread and freshly baked croissants! There are several restaurants with in an easy 5 min walk, with plenty more at the beach and a huge selection in the surrounding villages.
The villa offer a high level of comfort with in a really relaxing environment.

it is a really nice house in a quiet area, close to the beach, shops, sightsee. very nice garden with a nice pool. clean house with everything inside. we recomend:)
Cette maison est très bien placé, quartier très calme, cuisine équipée, tout correcte, fonctionnel et moderne. Belle piscine privée.
The house offers a great location, walking distance from the supermarket and to a couple of convenient restaurants. The beach is very close too. The garden is beautiful and the swimming pool bigger than we expected.
Buena recepción, ¡La casa era genial! Amplias habitaciones, bonita piscina, bonita barbacoa. ¡Muy recomendable!
