Wake up in the morning with a magnificent panoramic sea view, because this luxurious apartment scores above all with its dream location directly on the beach. It is on the 10th floor of a twelve-story building. It sits on one of the best beaches on the island. The beach is just one button by the elevator. The view is so spectacular, it will exceed all your expectations. A lifeguard is onsite to make sure you are safe.
This area of Gran Canaria is known for the best climate in the world, protected from the winds you find in Maspalomas and on the East Coast. It has the most sunny days on the island. It is a paradise for beach lovers, hikers, golfers, and cyclists. You will find public transportation in front of the building with direct bus lines to the airport (line 91) and to many places on the island. Taxi stations are also in front of the building. If you come by car, you will have access to a gated parking lot. If you want to visit by ferry, you will find hourly routes to Arguineguin, Puerto Rico, or Puerto de Mogan from Anfi Marina, a 15-minute walk away.

Beautiful apartment, breathtaking views and Nathalie is a kind, considerate host. I miss the sound of the ocean already and will certainly be returning as soon as I can!
Nathalie’s apartment is located on the 10th floor of a building with breathtaking view over the sea. The pictures really don’t do it justice. As you walk in, you can’t take your eyes away from this unbelievable view. The apartment has everything you need. All the appliances were new, smart tv with free Netflix, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, stove and microwave oven. The bed was very comfortable, the best part was the sound of the waves crashing below your window; it’s absolutely surreal. The WiFi was very fast and I was able to catch up on some work. The area is perfect and has everything on-site, 2 grocery store, a spa, a pharmacy, car rental, many delicious restaurants. The beach is right below, just by elevator. The hiking trails start from the street and go all over the island. I highly recommend this wonderful place.
It was my first time on the island and definitely not my last, Nathalie is a super host , her place is absolutely perfect, you will wake up to the most amazing view of the ocean. The apartment is just perfect with everything you need and Nathalie is the nicest person ever. Her knowledge and recommendations on the island are gold . I'll miss this stay
Spacious, bright apartment in the Donana building (including parking card) with a superb view over the ocean. Especially the sunset is amazing! When we arrived, Nathalie gave us a warm welcome with a bottle of prosecco which was very nice. :-) She offered her help at any time. The apartment is well equipped with dishes, pans, pots, etc, almost everything you need for cooking. The fridge is very big with a large freezer as well. There is an oven, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a washing machine as well. The bed is very comfortable. The WIFI is SUPER fast - you can definitely work remotely from that apartment!
The apartment is truly spectacular. The view is breathtaking and you may not want to leave the apartment because of it. Nathalie is warm, professional and truly cares that her guests have a great time. Enjoyed my stay so much!
