This very pretty old mill house has been sympathetically restored. It is situated just outside (about 1km) of the medieval village of Pals. The long sandy Pals beach is approx. 5 km.

This delightful property is a short walk into the village of Pals. With a great restaurant 100m away there is no need to go very far! The large garden has trees and a covered area for shade, open space for playing in and is completely walled in.

There are two entrances, we suggest using the garden entrance. This leads to the combined dining and living room, which has a wood burning fire, a beautiful stone arch, an original door leading upstairs, and a shower room with WC. There other entrance (with double sets of doors) can also be accessed from this area.
Next to the stair door is the door to the country style kitchen with small table and chairs, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fireplace.

Upstairs there is a second sitting area with 2 sofa beds and lovely views, 1 shower room, 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other 2 single bed (plus an extra single bed if needed).

Parking area in the garden.

The restoration has been thoughtfully done by mixing modern living needs and keeping the character and style of the old mill.

There is a restaurant within walking distance and the village of Pals offers some local shops, several restaurants and a weekly street market.

Very nice, rustic, well decorated and very well located house. Very large, beautiful garden, with garden table very useful for making meals outside. . We had a great time, a great setting.

Cosy old house with a very big lawn right next to the medieval village of Pals. You can park your car inside the premises. The lawn was very nice for my toddler to run around and play. The house has a lovely rustic country style. The communication and treatment of the agency was pleasant. Since no one was entering on the day we left they allowed us to stay as long as we liked.
