It shares a swimming pool with two other properties.
It is suitable for all seasons with central heating or cooling, as well as a pool, sun terrace and log burner, it is perfect for a long walking/cycling weekend in October or a couple of weeks in July visiting the local “fiestas” and beaches.
The property consists of:
Porch, entrance hall with office space, one bedroom with double bed, dressing room, and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two beds, a second shower room with amazing stone feature shower, large open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, 2 fridges and 2 freezers, electric hob and oven plus table and chairs. The sitting room has a large sofa, smart TV and a large log burner. Terrace area with sun shade, shared swimming pool, parking space with in the farmhouse compound.
The closest beach is a 5 km, supermarket is 3 km plus there are some fabulous local shops in the village, butcher, baker and grocer, all offering excellent local produce! The towns of Palafrugell and Torroella de Montgri are both 7km.
