This 2nd floor apartment is spacious and makes very good use of the available space. It is unusual as it has 2 bedrooms and two WCs- All the shutters are electric and with the air conditions through out the apartment is it ideal for use all year round. A beautiful property that will not disappoint.
Modern stylish apartment recently renovated with a large living-dining room with access to terrace, open well equipped kitchen with: oven, microwave, dishwasher and a choice of coffee makers. Guest WC, full bathroom with designer bath/shower, washing machine, 2 double bedrooms with wardrobes and exit to terrace, one with double bed and the second with 2 single beds.

The communal pool is surrounded by lawn. It is 500 mt. from the beach of Pals and all amenities a few minutes walk, including restaurants, supermarkets, shops.

Lovely apartment really well finished, smart and modern. The view from the balcony of the sea through the trees is beautiful, especially perfect at sunrise! The hosts at property care couldn’t be more helpful. Offering great recommendations for places to eat and things to see as well as going above and beyond to help us out with transport! There are enough restaurants within walking distance to eat somewhere different every night, the supermarket is just around the corner and the beach is at the bottom of the road. Overall it’s been a great holiday in a great location. If you want to explore the wider region I would recommend a car though (property care did say this), we struggled a bit with public transport links, but still managed to visit medieval Pals village.

Logement Fidèle à L'annonce. Se situe à 5 min à pieds de la grande plage de Pals. Le village de Pals est à 10 min en voiture. Commerces et restaurants à 100 m. Ana de l'agence parle Français, et est très réactive à répondre au mails.
Très bel appartement spacieux, bien équipé et refait à neuf avec une décoration moderne dans un petit immeuble collectif à 10 minutes de la mer et à proximité d'un petit supermarché et de commerces de plage. Climatisation dans tout l'appartement. Literie confortable, beaucoup de rangements. Magnifique vue sur mer et belle terrasse. Piscine agréable et calme. Parking en sous-sol pratique et accessible. Bien géré par une agence immobilière accueillante et de bons conseils
Everything is perfect
Highly recommend this beautiful modern apartment! It has everything you could need in the Spanish summer with AC throughout the apartment and the kitchen was also full decked out! The location is perfect with just a short 10 min walk to the beach. On that same road there are also several nice restaurants worth checking out! Supermarket just around the corner from the apartment was also super useful. Building is great as it is quiet and the communal pool is also a nice way to cool down. Host was attentive and quick to reply with any questions we had! We will definitely be back!
