2 shower rooms, one being ensuite. Full fitted kitchen with appliances. Aircon throughout, English TV and free Wi-Fi. Outside courtyard to enclosed washing machine.

Beautiful outside space to enjoy the sunshine and alfresco dining with the BBQ and bar area. Sun loungers and pool towels provided.

Wide range of bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. La Zenia Bolouvard is a short walk and just minutes away from fabulous blue flag accredited beaches. Several golf courses in the area and the famous paddys point where you also have a fantastic selection of Pubs, shops and a Consume supermarket.

Car not needed but recommended if wanting to venture further out. Can also offer airport transfers/car hire and baby equipment, please ask for further info re this.

Airports are Alicante or Murcia Covera international and both are a 45 minute journey to the villa.

A cleaning fee of 150 euros is payable on arrival by guests to the keyholder.

If heating for the pool is required, this will incur an additional fee.
