Port Royale is a very popular complex with its own communal pool and large sun terrace with free sunbeds. The complex has an italian restaurant (and take-away) on site and has a launderette.
It is located adjacent to two large 4* hotels which provide excellent evening entertainment programmes and full sport facilities (including bowling, tennis, sauna etc).
The beach, harbour and central Los Cristianos is a 15 minute stroll away. A good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within 5 mins walk.
The complex has a lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds and parasols, free of charge.
The pool is heated in the winter.

The apartment to rent in Port Royal is well furnished, with two sofas in the living room. Satellite TV is provided, as is a DVD and Video player.
The cosy bedroom has twin beds (can be pulled together to make a double) with bedside tables and fitted wardrobes.
The fresh kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob and microwave. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.
Patio doors from the living room lead to the balcony. These are gorgeous views to the sea and harbour that can be enjoyed from this Port Royale holiday apartment.
The complex has a lovely pool area (heated in winter) with plenty of sun beds and parasols, free of charge.
Lounge: Furnished with two sofas (one sofa bed - suitable for 1 person only), satellite TV (BBC, ITV, CH4, Sky and many more!), DVD, Video, coffee table, patio doors to balcony and stunning views. There is also wi fi in the property.
Kitchen:The kitchen offers a full size oven and hob, a microwave, fitted fridge (freezer compartment), an electric kettle, a toaster, and table with 4 chairs.
Bedroom: The bedroom has twin beds, bedside tables and lamps, large fitted wardrobes. Hairdryer. Ceiling fans.
Bathroom: A very fresh looking bathroom with bath, shower, WC, basin and washing machine.
Balcony: Being a penthouse the balcony benefits from an abundance of sun as well as those stunning views! It includes a patio table and 4 chairs and 2 sun beds.
There is a safe in the apartment.
Complex Facilities: Swimming pool, sun beds and parasols (free of charge), on-site Italian Restaurant and bar, launderette.
A taxi transfer from the airport can be provided.

Everything we expected. Location is right at the top of the hill, we certainly earned our evening meals!
Apartment is perfect, views amazing. Facilities everything you need. Late Feb the sun hits the balcony at 11.45 until then I took my chair out back where the sun comes up. Apartment was exceptionally quiet, there didn't appear to be any neighbours on one side, the other was used but never saw them.
One bedroom with twin beds. Only upset for us as beds were rock hard orthopaedic mattresses and it couldn't be made into a double as was originally advertised. (Was advised prior to stay and no real issue) The cleaner popped in midstay and gave us the foam single mattress used on the sofa bed which did help hubby, I barricaded myself amongst the spare pillows. Obviously this is our preference as mattresses are very individual.
Lovely open kitchen diner lounge with comfortable settee, tv etc, everything you needed. Large fridge with top freezer and ice cube trays.
Bathroom modern with lovely double shower heads.
Superb balcony with table and chairs and 2 sunbeds and clothes hanger for washing.
Overall an excellent Apartment, you will not be disappointed with a stay.
The resort management let us down with their overly strict pool regime. Book a sunbed on a form at 8am each day, only 2 hours permitted 9-11 11-1 1-3 3-5 we never visited, sad as our first break away after working the pandemic. If it wasn't for the beautiful balcony with 2 sunbeds our holiday would have been ruined. We did walk to some friends who were staying locally and had a morning at their pool, no restrictions other than common sense.
Communication with both owners who live on site and cleaner was great.
Apartment was clean and absolutely brilliant.

We recently visited this property and had a lovely week. The property is in very good condition and has recently been modernised to a high standard and there are great views from the balcony. The views do however have price to pay as it is at the top of a steep hill and there a number steps around the complex.
There were restriction on pool usage which may change as covid restrictions are relaxed. Might pay to check.
Overall we would definitely recommend this apartment and would have given a better rating but for the pool restrictions.

We have been going to Tenerife for the past 20 years and this is possibly the best apartment that we have stayed in and the view over Los Cristianos must be the Best don’t be put off by cardiac hill as we are in our seventies and can still manage the clime, but we did have car . We would rent this apartment again .

We had a wonderful holiday at 52 Port Royale which has been modernised in the last year or so. The view from the balcony was fantastic.
The only negative was that it is at the top of a very steep hill. This can be overcome by taking a taxi from down at the front which costs less than 4 euros
