Set within the more exclusive end of Los Cristianos this apartment offers the perfect combination of peace and tranquility yet is only 10-15 minutes walk from the beach and resort centre for those who like it a bit livelier.
This apartment is quite unique. It benefits from a huge ground floor terrace yet still have sea views to the right over Los Cristianos harbour to the sea. From here you have the sunshine from dawn till dusk!
The apartment also has a range of satellite TV channels including BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4, Sky Sports and others.
The complex of El Mirador is situated in a selec t area in Los Cristianos. It is brand new with lovely views over Los Cristianos to the sea.
Like the complex, the apartment is brand new with a fresh and sparkling feel. The HUGE ground floor terrace offers the perfect combination of sun and shade. One half of the terrace is covered and therefore offers shade and relief from the sun. The rest of the terrace benefits from glorious all day sunshine. With sunbeds you can relax in peace and quiet and just take the occasional stroll to the pool if you fancy a dip! The terrace is situated in a very quiet block, where no-one can walk past or near, so it is particularly private - quite rare for El Mirador.
The Living room has double sofa and armchair. Satellite TV and a DVD player are provded. Patio doors from the living room lead to the large balcony.
The roofed part of the terrace has a patio table and 4 chairs, whilst the large sunny part has 2 sunbeds and of course those views out over Los Cristianos!
The kitchen is sparkling and full equipped. The bathroom is fresh and spacous. The bedroom has a huge fitted warbrobe, twin beds and patio doors also leading to the terrace.
The utility cupboard in the apartment houses a washing machine.
The complex has two swimming pools, both are real suntraps and are herefore ideal for sun worshippers. There is an on-site pool bar and restaurant as well as plenty of local cafes, bars and a supermarket.
The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. This more prestigious area of Los Cristianos has some lovely restaurants close by, plenty of bars (including a Sports bar showing all the leading Sporting events), a well stocked supermarket, car hire and excursion shops.
The main resort centre area, Los Cristianos harbour and the beautiful beach at Las Vistas is a 10 minutes walk. Here you will find a large selection of shops, boutiques, nightclubs and some lovely sea front bars and restaurants.

20 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes walk to Los Cristianos centre and beach. 5 mins driving to Playa de Las Americas. Las Americas and Adeje Golf courses within 5-10 minute drive.
Towels and Linen Change
Towels and linen change weekly. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and water is provided.
Property Management / Transfers
This apartment is looked after by a local Management company whos details will be left in the apartment for you. They are local and available should you need them during your stay.
A taxi transfer from the airport can be provided. We also have a fleet of hire cars and can leave them at the airport should you want to pick one up.

Very clean and well equipped - very handy having a washing machine.
Beds comfortable and loads of wardrobe space - maybe could have done with a bit more drawer space in the bedroom but as we were only there for a week it didnt really matter.
The only downside was the number of steps leading to the apartment but the lovely patio more than made up for this.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice quiet holiday with plenty of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. No noise whatsoever.
We did have problems with the hot water boiler
I phoned and the rep came within a few hours and fixed it. This was on the Wendesday.
The boiler went off again on the Thursday night but asd we were leaving on the Saturday morning I didnt bother to call again so had cold showers!!
The neighbours had said the owners were having problems with the boiler so they really should have seen to it before the apartment was let
Apart from that everything was very good
I arrived at the apartment on 25th May 2010 and had a great time, place was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board, sky tv, dvd player and mini hifi, the beds are very comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. Sun on the patio all day there is also a shaded part of the patio when the midday sun gets too warm which has a table and four chairs with a parasol, very private and no noise from the pubs ideal quite location but still close too the beach front (5min walk) supermarket at end of the road and plenty of places too eat within walking distance. Definetly recommend and hope to be back. I stayed for 10 day and the management who look after the apartment were supposed to change the bed linen and towels half way through but no one came, not too much of a hassle as there is a washing machine in the property.
A lovely weeks holiday. The apartment was as described, very clean and tidy, and was a pleasure to stay there. Spent most evenings on the terrace, preferred to stay in with a bottle of wine and food as the outside area was exceptional. The kitchen was excellently equipped which meant we were never struggling for things to make with the equipment we had. One area of the kitchen that was a lot more difficult than it should have been was the oven. There were instructions however these made as much sense as the oven so these could be updat ed. The living area was fresh but still homey, the doors were a godsend (due to the small air conditioning machine not working at all!) I was expecting something a little more sophisticated for the air conditioning, but this does not take
away from the experience at all, it was just a little stuffy trying to sleep!
Overall, the apartment was lovely. I would certainly recommend to a friend (or grandparents in my case!) My partner and I were thrilled with the place, and would visit again if a quiet beach holiday was what we were after.
3rd time here and I will keep coming back
