Royal Gardens is perfectly located next to Centro Plaza commercial centre which has supermarkets, banks, gymnasium and a number of bars and restaurants. The location is second to none with close proximity to Puerto Banus only a ten minute stroll away and Marbella just a fifteen minute drive. If you are looking to relax in the sun or enjoy one a round of golf on one of the many golf course in Golf Valley, this is an excellent choice.

The apartment is located in an urbanization which is protected with electronic gates. This complex has one of the largest communal swimming pools in Nueva Andalucia set within tropical gardens. This is a child friendly, conveniently placed holiday home.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a sunny south facing terrace. The accommodation comprises of a entrance hall leading to a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and cooking equipment for those days you prefer to dine in and take full advantage of the open spaces and sunny terraces. There is a large utility area with drying and washing facilities.

An inner hallway leads on to the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and is complimented with an en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead out on to the terrace where you can enjoy the late afternoon sun, read your favourite novel or enjoy pre-dinner drinks.

The second bedroom is a twin room with a generous amount of storage an adjoining bathroom with double sinks, jacuzzi bath and shower. The patio doors lead directly on to the south facing terrace - equipped with dining table, sun loungers and a lovely chill set, everything to ensure your holiday is nothing other than total relaxation in this wonderful part of the Costa Del Sol.

Saturdays is market day, less than a five minute walk from the apartment there is a comprehensive offer of varying wares. Should you enjoy a barter you can be assured of grabbing a few bargains. Puerto Banus Marina is approximately a ten minute walk, where you can people watch and soak up the delights of this affluent coast.

Malaga Airport is 45 minutes and Gibraltar 35 minutes.
