The large mature gardens (900sq m) are private and enclosed, with sun all day and a shady patio area under the trees for outdoor meals. Well equipped built-in barbeque. There is a splendid upstairs terrace off the master bedroom with panoramic views over the pool, mountains and sunrise. The ground floor terrace is shaded by a leafy pergola. There is off road parking for 2 vehicles, and an electronic entrance gate. The pool is 8x4m. There is also a barbeque area. Perfect for families, golfers or those seeking a quiet retreat. This property also offers wireless broadband internet access and table tennis.
Location is in Puerto Banus - Nueva Andalucia which is in the Marbella area
The nearest beach is at a distance of approximately 1.5 Kilometres
The nearest airports are Malaga or Gibraltar; both approx 55 Kilometres away
Car: Is not necessary, but will be useful for shopping and sightseeing
Casa Salamandra is ideally situated 500m (5min walk) to shops, restaurants and supermarkets, 1,2 km (15min walk) to Puerto Banus for night-life and the beach, and at the entrance to the Golf Valley. Despite being so close to all the amenities, its location at the end of a residential cul-de-sac provides tranquility and security.

We have just returned from an excellent holiday at Casa Salamandra. It was everything and more than what we expected. Excellent value for money and in a lovely location (a little bit of a long walk to Puerto Banus Marina though). Other than that it could not be faulted. We were well looked after during our stay and always had a property manager on call. We will definetly recommend and may be looking to stay again in the future.

Well appointed house in a great setting.
Would recommend having you own transport for the very short journey to the main town.
Would also ask that the web-site does include detail that Sky is available only if you bring your own Sky Card. The house does not have one for use.

Have just returned from a 3 night stay at Casa Salamandra for my hen party. There were more than 12 of us staying but they were so accomodating, providing extra beds for us all.
The villa was beautiful and clean with a gorgeous garden and pool.
The location is perfect, so close to the shops and some lovely restaurants and the port and beach are about 10 minute walk away.
We would definitely return!

Have just returned from a 3 night stay at Casa Salamandra and had an amazing time.
It was an all girls holiday for my hen party and there were more than 12 of us staying but they were so accomodating providing extra beds for us.
The villa is perfect. Lovely and clean witha fantastic garden and pool. It is in a great place, close to shops and some lovely restaurants.
It is a 10 minute walk down to the port and nearest beach.
All in all our stay at Casa Salamandra was fantastic and we will definately be returning.
