This apartment offers everything you would expect, being very close to Burriana beach and with a large communal pool, in beautifully kept garden. There is secure parking under the apartment block in a private numbered bay.
The lounge and 3 double bedrooms are all air conditioned. There are 2 bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, fridge freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board. There is a TV and DVD but due to recent changes to satellite broadcasting English channels are limited to BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4 via freeview. Two south facing terraces (one off the main bedroom). Ceiling fans in lounge and bedrooms plus heating for winter (by means of the air con units). There is a safe for valuables. Free internet is available. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well located for Burriana beach (just 5 mins walk) and its considerable choice of bars and restaurants. The centre of Nerja (Balcon de Europa) with it vast number of shops and bars is just 15 mins walk away. Nerja is a quintessentialy Spanish resort which retains its traditional feel and atmosphere, yet is less than an hour from Malaga airport.
Guests are requested not to smoke indoors please. Please also note that arrival is not before 4pm and departure must be no later than 10am on your final day.

Have been to Nerja a few times and really enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was spotless and very well appointed with everything we needed on holiday. Gardens and pool are very well kept. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a family holiday.

We are an English family who have owned and holidayed in this apartment for 16 years. We are still discovering Nerja and its fabulous restaurants, shops and bars. It's very Spanish which gives it a real holiday atmosphere. The fiestas and religious holidays are marked by amazing parades through the centre of town. We have loved every minute spent in our apartment as it's location offers something for everyone. From chic bars and restaurants 5 minutes walk away at Burriana beach, to the Balcon de Europa just 15 minutes stroll into the centre of Nerja. We have worked hard to maintain our apartment in a clean and modern style which we know you will enjoy during your stay.
