Overview

Our villa is located in a quiet residential area just 600m from Moraira's beach. Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are all within 300m. The villa offers stunning sea views from all levels.

The villa is on a flat 1000m² plot, enclosed by a wall. Its location in a cul-de-sac next to a plot of forest guarantees absolute tranquillity just minutes from the beach.

Although equipped with 3 parking spaces, this villa is the ideal choice for those who do not want to use their car or use it as little as possible during their holidays. A 5-minute walk from the first restaurants and bars, 450m from a supermarket and within walking distance of Moraira's beautiful Playa de la Ampolla beach with its beautiful promenade, terraces and restaurants, it offers a pleasant transition between rest, relaxation and entertainment.

The electric gate gives access to the private property with a 4-bedroom villa, 2 living rooms with open kitchen, a large private pool (10 x 5m) equipped with solar panels for extra heating from May to October, 3 ground-level outdoor terraces, a small garden, an outdoor kitchen/pool bar, an outdoor toilet, an outdoor shower and a laundry and ironing room.

Those who prefer a spot of shade next to the pool can do so under the spacious pergola.

Interior description:
The living area of this villa is 250m². The living room and all bedrooms have air-conditioning cooling/heating. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls (high-speed fibre).

On the ground floor there is a separate lockable flat consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed, TV with Blu-ray Disc/DVD player, an open kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, toaster etc., a bedroom with double bed and large built-in wardrobe, a storage room, a bathroom with double sink, large shower and toilet. Finally, there is a covered, lockable terrace with a large built-in wardrobe and a dining area, followed by a spacious open terrace with electric blinds.

The first floor is accessed via an external staircase and includes a spacious living room with 2 large sofas, Smart TV with IPTV decoder (Internet Protocol Television) with more than 150,000 free TV channels, an open kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher, combi oven, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, toaster etc. and a breakfast bar.

The spacious, covered terrace can accommodate 10 people for dining together and also has an electric sunshade.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a small desk, a spacious built-in wardrobe, a private terrace with sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, a sink and a toilet.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a spacious built-in wardrobe and an identical bathroom en-suite.

The third bedroom has a double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe and a separate bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, a sink and a toilet.

From the covered terrace, stairs lead up to the 50m² roof solarium/terrace where you can enjoy breathtaking sea views while relaxing in the spacious lounge area.

By the pool is the outdoor kitchen/pool bar with large gas barbecue, ceramic hob, sink, large fridge/freezer and another long club table in trespa that seats 10 table guests. There is also a toilet room with a toilet, urinal and sink. A laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron, ...

Together with some couples friends, we rented Casa Sol Y Mar in Moraira. Beautifully renovated villa with all the trimmings in a quiet area. Enjoyed the magnificent views of the Balearic coast from the sunny roof terrace. The photos speak for themselves, completely consistent with reality.... The villa is more than fully equipped to unwind and enjoy the pool, the many small beaches or the cosy town of Moraira. With the two kitchens and another outdoor kitchen on hand, we sometimes cooked together or enjoyed the cosiness and delicious food in Moraira at night! The men among us were also already fantasising about coming back here with the bikes for a training week in the sun. This could be a wonderful base for this, partly because of its location near the famous Calpe! . In short, do you like some luxury close to the beach, water and in the sun? Then this is 1 of the best places where we have spent our holidays on the Spanish east coast and therefore highly recommended!.. . Thank you Frank, we will definitely be back!!!

We were with friends and their their families 9 people 4 adults, 5 teenagers and young adults.... We had a super holiday at casa sol y mar, really enjoying the nice weather, lovely pool, the peace and quiet and the beautiful views! . Good supermarket nearby, nice restaurants nearby and moiraira is nice! . This house is highly recommended!

A week on holiday at Casa SOL Y MAR to remember. Everything was top, the villa fully equipped, super kitchens, satellite TV, wifi.... modern furnishings, cosy rooms with good large box-spring beds and spacious built-in wardrobes and beautiful bathrooms with modern sanitary fittings and very important for us, sufficient cooling capacity (air conditioners in bedrooms and several fridges and freezers ). The outdoor kitchen with bar by the spacious pool was top notch. The location of the villa is ideal, quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac yet close to the beach, shops and restaurants, we hardly ever used our car. Lounging on the roof terrace in the evening bathed in mood lighting and enjoying the breathtaking sea views was fantastic. Walking to Moraira with its good restaurants and atmospheric bars created a real holiday atmosphere. Contacts with Frank (owner) were also smooth and very correct. Both before the rental, and afterwards. Casa Sol Y Mar is a topper, highly recommended! We had a great time and will definitely return!

Nice house well equipped and a lot of space for everyone. Everything is in walking distance ( the closest supermarket Mas Y Mas at 300m), even a gym for our sports lovers but with the heat it's sometimes better to go by car,

We were 4 couples celebrating 4 50:th birthdays. The Villa was superb aswell as Frank, the owner, and Joanna, the friendly woman who accomodated us. Wonderful stay. Moraira itself is has a lot of good restaurants, nice people and several good beaches just 10 min walk(rocky) and 15 min walk(sandy) away. Groceryshop 5 min walk. Highly rekommended. Deposit was payed back as agreed, so no worries. The only bad thing about Moraira is the taxiservice. Only one company and it sucks big time!!

Spent a week in this wonderful villa. Great location away from all the noise, with short distance to everything. Fantastic place if you are two or three families. Loved the outdoor kitchen with everything you need. Also the roof terrace is a great place to calm down after a long day in the pool.

Beautiful villa in a great location and nice views. Shops, terraces and beach within walking distance. House is well maintained and fully equipped. Moraira is a nice cosy village, we were there in April/May. It was pleasantly busy. No mass tourism. Joana's reception was very friendly and welcoming.

Villa Sol Y Mar is perfectly equipped for family holidays. The 4 bedrooms, each with an associated bathroom, are well equipped. We spent all days cooking together and dining under the stars, next to the pool, was super relaxing. The weather was perfect and cooling was found in the pool or in the house (excellent air conditioners everywhere). The region was new to us, definitely worth exploring

An ideal location and lovely views from the villa. Supermarket and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Small beach and bars/restaurants a 15 minute stroll away. Main beach and town a 30 minute stroll with beautiful views of the coastline. The villa was very clean and spacious and perfect for our family of nine. It was very well appointed. We would definitely not hesitate in returning. Joanna, the contact, was very approachable and helpful. It was a nice touch having the pool floats/toys which the children enjoyed using. We did use the local taxi’s to return to the villa from the main beach and town as the walk is uphill.

This destination proved to be a prime location for our EIGHTclub (4x 50+ couples). Nothing too much has been said by Frank. Fully equipped and all facilities in excellent condition. In short: highly recommended for people who love the sun, want to relax and have a burgundian streak.
