Villa Cadiz

"Certainly be returning!" The villa is very accommodating to a variety of different people including families and a group of people, sleeping 6. However is equally accommodating for just 2. Myself and partner took full advantage of the very private pool and also the BBQ on the naya, which was a wonderful place to relax in the evenings. Very nicely decorated making you feel at home with very good A/C units fitted around the villa, as well as being very equipped throughout. Owners very quick to respond and give you all of the information you need. Would advise you to have a car as it just makes getting around and seeing the area easier, however walk to the shops is only 10 minutes. We shall definitely be returning!

Nice clean villa with all the amenities advertised. The pool was large for the size of villa but was not heated (already advised by owner). The villa is not really within walking distance of town unless you really love walking, 25 minutes at a good pace, no talking. Overall a good price and a neat clean villa. Just one other point, they have a safety gate for the pool but not for the stairs leading from villa to the pool and villa entrance.

Moraira itself is a relatively unspoilt small town but with an extensive choice of restaurants. You will not be disappointed with either the villa or town!

We have stayed here many times before at different times of the year. It is a well equipped, comfortable villa with a great pool in a good location both for the town of Moraira and for the local shops and restaurants. The recent changes to the villa have made a big difference to our stay. The Air conditioning in all the rooms made it even more comfortable at the hight of the summer and the WiFi made it easy to stay in contact with family and friends. The new dishwasher is a welcome addition to the kitchen and the upgraded bathroom looks great. We had a lovely time and I'm sure we will come back soon.

Exceeded our expectations! We recently stayed at Casa Diaz for a family holiday and were absolutely delighted by the villa. It was extremely clean and tidy, as well as being very spacious, homely, and extremely well equipped. Although the photographs clearly demonstrated that the property was very nice, on arrival we were blown away by it. As well as being beautiful, and having a great position, it had everything you could need.....from a fully equipped kitchen including both china and plastic plates and cups for the kids, to a safe, and blankets and quilts if you need them. The owners also let us know the property was available early on the day we arrived and were always on hand to help with any questions we had. This is a first rate property and I'd have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

The villa, beds etc was excellent. At the end of the holiday the weather was bad and felt cold but all in all very happy. Would stay again
