Overview
Casa Vista Bonita nestles in the heart of the fashionable and sophisticated town of Moraira. Moraira is situated on the eastern coast of Spain, located between two accessable airports - Alicante and Valencia. The beaches of Moraira are very child friendly and have shallow shelves and play areas on the beach, including volley ball nets. The beaches are sandy and there are rocky areas to explore. The town has an abundance of really good eateries and is great for shoppers also. There is a local market on Fridays.
The villa comfortably sleeps 12 but it is possible to add infants or children to the 12, by using cots or portable beds.
Set in a large plot with its own private swimming pool at the rear, sea view and landscaped garden, the property boasts many features including a large terrace with jacuzzi, pool table and al fresco dining on the mostly shaded terrace. There is an upper level sun terrace partly shaded with stunning shade sails and lounging area with beautiful views of the sea.
All of the bedrooms have air con, gas central heating (radiators for Winter lets), large balcony, large wall mounted flat screen satellite TV with multi channels and newly installed 5G fibre broadband and also DVD/CD players. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher. It is about 15 minutes walking distance of bars, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and only 5 minutes drive from the beach front.

Fantastic villa , great location , this villa has everything you need , down to towels , games for the kids , and a lovely welcome pack . This is a 5 star villa and it made our family holiday perfect and we will be returning next year . Thank you to everyone x

We had a lovely stay at this exceptionally large villa. It was ideally situated for the town, which took us about 5-10 mins by car. The swimming pool was not overlooked and was very peaceful. Would definitely stay again.
