Attractive 2 bedroom villa with secluded private pool, Wi-fi and air-con, situated only 3km from Moraira village and beach and within easy walking distance of local supermarket, restaurant and bars.
Attractive detached property situated in a quiet, well-established residential area within a short and easy walk of the local Tabaira centre with its supermarket, shops, restaurant and bars and only a few minutes' drive from Moraira village and nearest beaches. The villa provides ideal accommodation for couples or families.
Access to the villa is via a short flight of steps up to the covered terrace which offers views over the front garden and surrounding area towards the Cap d’Or headland.
The living accommodation is set on one level. The marble floored living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV offering UK Free-to-View channels, DVD player and unlimited Wi-Fi.
A separate dining area connects to the sitting room through a wide, open archway. Double doors lead outside to the secluded pool area at the rear of the property.
The kitchen, linked to the dining area, was completely refurbished and modernised a couple of years ago. Appliances include a dishwasher, vitro-ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave/grill, coffee-maker and fridge-freezer. An automatic washing machine is located in an outside storeroom at the side of the house.
One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, the other with twin singles. Each bedroom has its own independent air con system, fitted wardrobe and mosquito net over the windows. A shower-room completes the accommodation.
At the rear of the house is a very secluded terrace area with kidney-shaped swimming pool, measuring 8 x 4 mts, and with integral, tiled steps. At one side of the pool is an open terrace area that’s a real sun trap and equipped with sun loungers, occasional table, parasol and chairs.
At the other side is a barbecue and large covered pergola that offers an additional, shaded dining area with views across the garden and pool.
The villa is surrounded by a well maintained, fully enclosed and gated garden, planted with a number of mature palms, trees and shrubs. A wide, paved drive provides ample parking for two or more vehicles close to the house.
