This villa is ideal for a family or two or for a group of friends, who just want to chill and enjoy the beautiful scenery this villa has to offer. Casa Charlotte is located in Playa Blanca and is a very modern 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa. This villa has a private heated swimming pool, a BBQ and a lovely hot tub which seats 7 and also an indoor pool table.
It's decor throughout is bright and stylish and is fitted with a modern fully equipped red gloss kitchen.
A large terrace runs along the upper floor of the villa where you can enjoy the sun all day whilst overlooking the superb private swimming pool and hot tub. The pool is heated and accessed by steps.
Patio doors on the upper terraces lead from the kitchen, upper living room and bedroom 1 and 2.
The lower terrace has patio doors leading from the lower lounge and bedroom 3/4/5. Perfect for private sunbathing or outdoor games.
Child gates are fitted at top and bottom of stairs of sun terrace and into the pool area. Dining areas are available on both terraces plus a barbecue is provided for your use . The lower sun terrace provides secluded sunbathing area for those who prefer total privacy.

We spent a great week here. The property is spacious and well appointed. The area is a little quiet but only half an hour walk or 10 mins on bus (only £1.40) to lively beachfront with plenty of bars and resuarants. Also plenty of electric scooters nearby which are also cheap and fun to use. Would definitely recommend the property and Cath was very helpful and easy to deal with.

Our two families stayed at Casa Charlotte in February for a week during the UK school holidays and had a fantastic time. We made full use of all the facilities - including the pool, hot tub, games area and barbecue. Both the indoor and outdoor areas of the villa are spacious, clean and very well equipped and maintained. Cathy dealt with our booking personally and professionally and there were no concerns prior to arriving that everything wouldn't be OK. We encountered a minor issue (a blown fuse) during our stay which is no reflection on the accommodation and could happen to anyone at any time. We mention it here only to highlight the speed, efficiency and friendliness that the management company dealt with it. It was a really nice touch that Cathy contacted us after the holiday to check that we'd had a good time. Regarding activities, we really did a 'mix and match' - days out exploring the island (Cactus Garden, Volcanoes and El Golfo were particular highlights) and days in enjoying the facilities at the villa. Similarly, Playa Blanca has a multitude of places to eat out (which we did) but the villa's kitchen, barbecue and dining areas (indoor and outdoor) meant that it was just as good to eat in sometimes as well. All in all, a fantastic place to which we would readily return.
Could not fault accommodation. Surpassed expectations. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could ask for. Very relaxing location. We definitely struggled to return to sunny England !! Would definitely consider returning.
No need to take towels or a iron in fact all you have to take is a change of clothing and some spends. The villa is situated 10 mins walk from the beach which does include shops. If you fancy a walk, a spar is by the harbour (especially useful for food for the barbeque. The villa itself has entertainment both inside and out and found it very clean and enjoyable to stay at. It has all the mod cons needed to make it that great to stay at including, air con, barbeque, led tv, internet, and a lot more. The owners think of everything including a pack before your trip on how to get to the villa, also a welcome pack on activities on the island including emergency no.s when you arrive. This is my second year staying at this villa and will def be returning again soon
