Overview
The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of San Pedro del Pinatar (Lo Pagan) on the ground floor. A large front terrace and also a sheltered rear terrace with access to the communal pool.
The apartment has a modern open plan kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with rain shower. Besides fast internet (WIFI) you also have television with all channels and many movies and series.
The apartment is modernly furnished (new) and fully equipped. A lot of luggage is not necessary, because you have a washing machine. The television has all international channels (including your language) and the internet is via WIFI very fast with a strong range. Through the back there is direct access to the swimming pool. Lo Pagan is lively and there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Also a beautiful boulevard and the sea is 900 meters away.
For check-in and check-out between 22.00 and 7.00 a surcharge of 25,- euro will be applied. This surcharge must be paid in cash on the spot.
The rental price includes 100 kWh electricity per week (average). This should be sufficient with normal use. Extra consumption will be charged (0.35 per kWh).
