Overview
A FULLY EQUIPPED MODERN APARTMENT located in a quiet residential area, Rio Mar, in Pilar de la Horadada, just south of TORREVEIJA. It is about 5 minutes off the N322.
The apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 double bed and 1 twin (+ 1 auto blow-up bed available, for placing in the lounge, if required). AIR CONDITIONING in lounge. There are large in-built wardrobes in each bedroom. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4. The well lit bathroom includes bath, basin, toilet, bidet and shower. Spacious lounge/kitchen area includes large fridge/freezer, calor gas/electric cooker, microwave, toaster and is well equipped. New TV, with local Spanish channels, and DVD player. Some DVD's available to use. Each bedroom has a fan for air circulation. The utility room has a washing machine.
The BALCONY overlooks the superb grassed communual POOL. Table and chairs are available on the balcony. Guests have full access to the pool area (which is electronic tab controlled). Apartment is located less than 5 minutes drive from local BEACH, Mil Palmeras, (about 15 - 20 mins walk), with many other superb blue flag beaches, such as La Zenia, and other area attractions, are all within easy driving distance.
Both Alicante and Murcia are about a 40 minutes drive away. Murcia International Airport is about the same distance away.
Many RESTAURANTS and BARS are located within a 5 minute drive from the apartment. There are good road communications all up and down this coastal area with N332 and motorways within easy reach. La Zenia Boulevard, a very large shopping centre, opened in 2014, is only 10 minutes down the road.
Would suit a family or a couple requiring a relaxing holiday. A great base for exploring the area.

Really lovely apartment, pool area is beautifully kept and nice having the balcony overlooking the pool. In a great area, handy for the beach & the shops/restaurants. There is a market in Mil Palmeras every night of the week so was always lots going on.

We bought the Spanish property is 2004 and have used it ourselves many times since. I worked as an IT Project Manager in London with a well known High Street Bank, until retiring in May 2011. My partner still works as a Care Home Manager. We now own and run a coffee/food shop in Southampton. I have rented the property to several guests and family and have a good relationship with our local agents for the rare occasion when things do not go to plan !
